Avslappende og deilig opphold

Vi hadde alt i alt et kjempefint opphold her. Det var lett å finne frem og parkere, og hotellet ligger i kort gangavstand til både sentrum og turstier i nærheten. Stort og moderne rom med utsikt mot elva og fjellene, kjempehyggelig personale, god og variert frokost og et deilig spa som ble flittig brukt. Vi hadde forventet litt mer av hotellrestauranten mtp. pris og atmosfære, og rommet vårt var i varmeste laget (men kunne sikkert bedt om hjelp til å regulere dette).

Soggiorno a Campo Tures

Soggiorno quasi perfetto: ospitalità, comfort, pulizia, stanze, spa (non era attivo il bagno turco), colazione. Grande delusione il ristorante, che ha fatto precipitare il giudizio cumulativo sull'hotel. Anche la segnaletica per trovare l'hotel era piuttosto scarsa: suggerirei di potenziarla.

Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, bzw. keinen Ventilator. Wir mussten bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen, dadurch war es sehr heiss.

Schönes Wellnesshotel mit großem, sauberen Saunabereich. Personal im Servicebereich etwas unkoordiniert und oft überfordert. Staub im Schrank auf den Böden und an der Holzverkleidung im Raum (wurde auch in der gesamten Woche nicht beseitigt.

Preis -Leistung stimmt nicht

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der allgemeine Eindruck war auch positiv, aber die "normalen" Zimmer sind altbacken. Das dritte Bett war ein Klappbett auf Rollen . . . Die Lampen staubig, die Biosauna ohne Feuchtigkeit, das Dampfbad zu kühl... Das Wlan war total instabil und bricht andauernd wieder ab. Wenn das Hotel ein Drittel weniger Kosten würde, wäre es okay. Um das gleiche Geld kann ich wo anders deutlich besser wohnen und entspannen.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel insieme alla mia famiglia per festeggiare una ricorrenza e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, le camere silenziose e la pulizia è ottima. Ristorante di buon livello.

Etwas kuehle Atmosphäre aber sehr komfortabel

Der Wellnessbereich war etwas zu kühl (Wassertemperatur) das Licht in der Sauna zu hell. Aber ansonsten sehr schön. Sehr großzügige räume. Schöner Speisesaal. Sehr tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Top Personal. Sehr gerne wieder.

buono, ma mi aspettavo di piu'

la mia recensione si riferisce a confronti con hotel di pari costo e confort. Per me il soggiorno e' stato positivo, buono in generale, ci sono elementi interessanti che lo contraddistinguono (la colazione mattutina) ma peccano in alcuni particolari anche contradittori;il minibar gratuito (c'e' solo l' acqua nel minibar...)e poi l acqua naturale portata in tavola euro 2 a bottiglia..ah mi riferisco alla bottiglia di acqua non confezionata sia chiaro, oppure l acqua gassata ad euro 4.5 a bottiglia. Per il resto un buon albergo piacevole e rilassante sovrastimato dalle recensioni che avevo letto. Mi aspettavo camere piu' spaziose per essere un 4*S, la cucina non mi ha esaltato, mi aspettavo di piu'; ottimi i dolci, meno buoni i primi piatti.

Wonderful location and hotel

Wonderful experience all the way around, from the time of our arrival until we departed. Great location, wonderful food, breakfast was fantastic, well pointed modern rooms and the people make all the difference. The staff was very helpful and catered to all of our needs. Will definitely return!
