We booked a superior room. I would hate to stay in a basic room.
Everything was ok but nothing was superior. Not helped by the air con not working and the room was far too hot. Even though the weather outside was quite cold. Coffee machine in our room didn’t work either.
Breakfast was not great, of the 3 coffee makers often 1 or 2 were out of order. The orange juice maker didn’t work for most mornings and the only available fruit juice was carrot juice. The breakfast buffet was ok.
As a positive point most of the staff were great especially Polina

Excellent location, clean, close proximity to everything.
Only down fall, the AC was not working properly and got a bit hot at night. It was raining and it was nice they offered umbrellas for guest. I didn’t know how important this was until I got to Florence and the hotel had no umbrellas for guests and had to buy one.

"I loved it! Only after booking it, I realised it was Brazilian-themed and, as a Brazilian, it was a very pleasant surprise! I loved the pão de queijo, coxinha, bolinha de queijo and mango juice for breakfast, made me feel like home. Moreover, very good location, close to all thre transport links ..."
