「Overall this hotel was decent and I would stay again. 1. The air conditioning is quite weak, somehow I don't think the conditioner is sized correctly for the room's cubic area as it took ages for it to change the temperature - with the windows closed, and radiator off. The hotel is evidently well-insulated but getting rid of excess heat is an issue. 2. Car parking - specific numbered spaces are allocated but multiple times cars were parked in different spaces, including the one assigned to me...

「酒店職員友善，房間整潔乾淨。雖然酒店較為古典，但房間設有露台，正向著湖景，風景優美，十分舒適。 由琉森火車站轉乘巴士，在Casino-palace站下車，大概8分鐘車程。但落車後步行到酒店大堂，要先經過長斜路和樓梯，如攜帶大型或多件行李的旅客，就要做好心理準備。」

「I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......」
