「Nicely renovated. Not much of a breakfast. Staff was very nice. Loud by the freeway.」

「The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us.」

「I was so disappointed with my stay, I invited my friend to stay as well and she arrived before I did and she said a lady staff was rude to her and made her pay a fee that should have been addressed to me to pay, the room smelled really old and mildewed, the shower was backed up, the tub had a black ring around inside of it. Nothing was complimentary. I expected it to be so much nicer and the rooms should be priced way cheaper because the stat is definitely not worth a $100+ a night. 」

「Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!」

「There AC in our room was broken the TV didn't work the lights blinked they didn't do anything to fix it no refund nothing 」

「TV didn't work - had to change rooms because it is tied into the billing. maintenance team tried to fix it. Then were fine. Breakfast made my husband and I sick. Could have been the greasy thin bacon that was way overcooked. The new room had a bathroom faucet that had very little water coming out of it. We called maintenance and the guy came looked at it and decided it was the faucet filter that needed changed. He changed it and we didn't have any more problems with it. The thermostat on...

「The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you.」
