"Mould on ceiling over shower towel rail just hanging lights over the bed don’t work one hanging of the wall old units need revamping have been let go can hardly see the sign at night entrance blocked had to use a unlit entrance sorry having travelled and stayed in motels for years this I believe would be the worst went to office at 8 pm to check out no lights no one there so we left"

"THis was my second stay. This time I had a walk in shower instead of over the bath...... winning. I was away from the Hwy noise...... winning. Last time room service was amazing, hot and fast; this time it took the kitchen an hour to tell me they couldn't make my order so I had a burger instead (another 20mins) It was tasty but the fries on the side were cold and nasty. I did receive an apology and a couple of ciders.... nice. I will keep coming back but hope the kitchen has its act together...

"My stay as only one night this time the room, service were fine. I do think the maintenance of the gardens and pool area could be a lot better. It has been a few months since my last visit and I don’t think the weeding has been done in months. Also flowers may help. But I will still continue to stay each time I’m in town. Thank you."
