"Stayed there for a second time within 2 months. Happy to see there was better lighting on the roadside sign. I had a different room but it was just a nice as my first stay. Clean, no odor, and remodeled. I plan on staying there again. "

"⸻We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house itself is extremely clean, quiet, and very secluded—exactly what we were hoping for. Once we were inside, everything was perfect and we had an amazing trip.One thing I would recommend for future guests is to let the host know if you’ll be arriving after dark. The property is very secluded, and the driveway can be difficult to find at night. There are no street lights, and figuring out how to get through the gate and locate the keypad in the dark was a bit challenging. There is a flood light near the driveway, but it didn’t help much with visibility at the entrance. We did call in for assistance, and the representative was wonderful—stayed on the phone with us and guided us until we were in safely.Overall, it was a great stay and we would absolutely return. Just plan ahead if you’re arriving after sunset!"

"Great little cottage. Quite cozy and very well kept. Patio is perfect for morning coffee or a late nightcap. Make sure you use the gift certificate for the Riverview Cafe. You will not be disappointed. Host was very nice too."

"The beach was wonderful and only a short walk from the cottage. The sun porch was perfect for leaving sandy shoes and storing the beach gear.I had to keep the windows open at night, so I could listen to the ocean waves crashing and the crickets chirping.While the cottage had a cozy, rustic feel, I appreciated having a washer/dryer and dishwasher.Genevieve was very responsive and accommodating via text."

"A beautiful house in a neighborhood that is very peaceful and secluded but accessible to restaurants, grocery stores and everything else that the Cape has to offer. Swapna was an excellent host and responded to our questions promptly and gave us detailed instructions about checking in and checking out. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property! "
