「It is the ideal spot. The pictures on VRBO, depict exactly what the place looks like, plus it is sparkling clean. Restaurants, stores and beach all just minutes away. Room has a nice set up and serves perfectly as an efficieny room. Has a small fridge to keep drinks cold for the beach and leftover restaurant meals fresh and ready for warm up in small microwave. Jana & Jeff were great hosts! Jana was quick with replies to any questions. They were congenial and attentive and at the same time...

「Very clean, very new. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. The only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to work the dryer. It wouldn’t stay on no matter what we did and management didn’t respond to our calls. Other than that, we were very pleased.」

「The house was very close to the public access and walking distance to two restaurants. The cleanliness was top notch and Michelle was very responsive and helpful.」

「This condo is great for large families. Well equipped with all your kitchen needs. Comfortable and well maintained accommodations with easy access to the beach. The owner responds to all communications quickly and great to work with. The next time we head to North Topsail Beach this will be the condo we will rent if available.」

「Great location for exploring the entire Topsail Island area. The condo was well equipped, beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. A door to the mechanical room was off, exposing an unsightly entry but didn’t affect our stay. Great communication, a quiet and lovely home away from home.」
