“The room was clean and quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We kissed breakfast due to our early departure but the menu sounded good.”

“Didn’t feel this was a safe location. Lots of people sitting outside drinking when we arrived. Several police cars came rushing in the parking lot and officers running up to our floor later in the evening. They stood outside our door questioning one of the other guests about an incident that occurred between him and another guest. Shower was terrible. Room was worn and dated, but appeared clean. Lock chain on door had been pulled out of the wall.”

“The Pine Lake resort has deteriorated since I stayed a year ago. The only amenity is a breakfast. No coffee machine n the room. The coffee and water sitting out is not maintained. There is no room maintenance on a daily basis. There is no ice machine. No access to a computer. The staff which are few appear to be sitting on a cell phone and/or outside on breaks. I will no longer stay there unless new management brings it up to standard.”

“It is strictly a place to sleep, if you plan to stay here and use the gym and pool, I regret to inform you that this is not the right place, as those facilities are practically unusable. The surroundings are not very presentable, and the rooms have a bad odor.”

“The staff here was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. However, our room felt a little outdated and needed a new coat of paint. Also, the carpeting seemed oddly dirty. I don’t know if it just needed a good deep clean or what, but it made our feet turn black and it felt almost sticky walking on it. I think the hotel might be in a yucky part of town. Every time we left there was a homeless person panhandling on the corner. Overall the stay was ok. But again, the staff here was……

“Tv remote didn’t work. Toilet was difficult to flush. Shampoo/soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower head had hidden shutoff that was challenging to figure out. Room was extremely noisy.”

“I think the hotel should make clear what housekeeping to expect. We were there for 3 nights and only had a housekeeper enter the room once, and then only because we asked. On another day, we asked a housekeeper who we saw in the hall, and she gave us towels and trash bags. We were told housekeeping does not touch beds. There was a coffee maker, but neither coffee or cups were replenished. There were plastic water cups, but they were not replenished. Our questions were met with a question of what……
