"It's great. Location is convinient, and room is confortable. Basically , nothing could be picky."

"Great room, comfortable bed, great attention to detail (eg. Night lights, torch),had a city view but overlooked a building site below but they refunded us the upgrade we’d paid without an issue. Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast outstanding. Slow service at poolside (half an hour wait for a drink). Umbrellas on offer to use as it was raining hard. Surprised when came to payment as a service charge was also added along with the taxes. Don’t think this was mentioned when we booked on Expedia."

"Hotel definitely needs upgrade, but was clean and good over all. However, I did not want my room cleaned every single day, but every other day and every time I leave the do not disturb sign, two people will come and bang on the door (usually around my naptime in the afternoon) to ask why we have the do not disturb sign, and why we do not want cleaning. Very annoying"
