Central Singapore Kid friendly Holidays

This hotel is in a fabulous location and has direct access by walkways over the road to both streets, one side Chinatown, the other towards Clarke Quay, five minutes walk away. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore Singapore.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfy room, just a shame the pool area doesn’t get any sun.

Had a great 6 night stay in a 2 bedroom Premier Apartment which was a great size. Space was clean, decor slightly dated but more than adequate. Main bathroom had a huge shower. En-suite only had a bath and a hand held shower that you couldn't really stand under to shower. Plenty of wardrobe/storage space for clothes. Appreciated the food parcel with milk, eggs, cereal etc and was able to top up from 7/11 or Cold Storage just down the road. Also was delighted to find a laundry room (1 on every level) which was free with a huge washer and dryer. Just bring detergent. Pool was beautiful, plenty of towels and frequently had it to ourselves. Could have used the pool at the hotel next door, but had no need. Location was lovely at the top of Orchard Road. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. About a 10/15 minute walk down to the ION Orchard where the MRT was. However there was a bus stop about 5mins away and this was great. It was also a stop on the Hop On/Off Bus which was handy. Never a problem to get a Grab. Also about a 15 min walk to the botanical gardens. They did have a shuttle bus down to the ION Mall too. Having not been to Singapore before I would maybe stay more into the city next time but we were very happy here.
