We booked the Premier Family Room and it was exactly as shown on the listing. It was soo comforting, clean, convenient, and just relaxing to be in the room. Especially after a long day out of exploring in Singapore.
Hotel lobby was beautiful, staffs were friendly and we were lucky enough to have been able to check in early as well so we managed to get some nice rest in before we headed out.
Highly recommended to book the family premier family room!

We booked the executive suite rooms thinking it was going to be heaps better than a normal room. It was old and the shower head wouldn't move so it made it a pain to shower. And windows really dirty ( smudged ) all over it. And the lifts also were inconvenient as 2 lifts were down for maintenance and was big wanting times as they were always full so would have to wait for the same lift to take people to their floors and come back to pick us up
