Clean room, great front desk staff, breakfast a bit blah if you’re American, might be better for other nationalities. Pancake maker always a winner, fruit selection poor. Otherwise great location, good value for price compared to other expensive venues in Singapore. I’d stay again.

We arrived 6hrs earlier than our check in time and went out of their way to provide a room so we could rest. The room was immaculate. The swimming pool in the Mayfair section was beautiful amongst rainforest plants. Our room had a balcony. The coffee lounge was open for breakfast lunch dinner until 10.30pm. Reception made sure we had a fixed price for the taxi service. Water was provided in our rooms daily and staff always concerned about our wellbeing. Staff made sure our gluten free options were provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this Hotel.

Wonderful staff (Naren) who looked after us well after a long journey to singapore. Upgraded room was even amazing.

A fantastic hotel walking distance to public transport and sightseeing. Across the road from Raffles shopping centre where there were many food options. Our room was upgraded and we enjoyed an earlier than expected check in which we were so grateful especially after our 13 hr flight. Buffet breakfast offered good variety, housekeeping excellent, reception staff polite and helpful. The pool was so welcoming after a hot day wandering around this amazing city. We used taxi to & from airport $29 each way which made everything easy. Highly recommend !
