Thank you for staying with us at the Capri motel, I do apologize for any issues you may have had. That being said: the AC unit is Brand new; you simply push button up or down to change settings or temperature, the door is sealed at the bottom; sadly, they only had clear door guards. I don't have any control over the internet/ cable, as I had mentioned Charter is doing a nationwide upgrade. There is a number clearly posted in your room, on my front office door, and I circle it on your paperwork, these issues could have been handled and your stay been better. Plus, office is open 24 hours, so simply coming down, I would have helped you. Have a good day

There is a phone number on your paperwork, and one clearly printed on the office door- I do ask each guest to call with any issues and you didn't say anything to me?Your room is brand new from the floor to the linen with a Roko television. Our goal is to provide excellent service every time, but if you don't communicate with us then how do we fix the issue? Have a good day :)

The room itself contains all new furniture and a new flat screen television. Our motel is old and we are working to bring life back to the motel while trying to preserve the " old time" look thank you and have a great day :)

Let's be honest though, you didn't want to stay here from the start; you made that clear with me; there was nothing wrong with your room as the beds were new and so is the furniture, you asked me what room had the " search warrant" - served, then stated you wouldn't stay next to a room that had drugs (fentanyl ) in it. A.C unit works fine hun, if you had called me, I would have told you to take it off economy setting. We cannot be held responsible for people bringing stolen goods or drugs onto the property and it was not a drug bust, it was a search warrant for stolen goods, which during that search sadly drugs were found. We have had no issues with any police activity for nearly two years, but this was out of our hands as the couple came from out of state. We are a simple mom n pop motel, our goal is to offer our guests a safe, clean, and friendly stay.

Every room has been thoroughly remodeled, complete with new beds, furniture, AC units, and hanging flat screen televisions (8 of them Roko) We have just started to put in new flooring and the property has been cleaned up. We offer our guests a safe, clean, and friendly stay. Am always a phone call, a doorbell, or a knock away so we could have handled any issue if you had simply communicated. We are a simple mom n pop motel, not high on the fancy but better on your wallet; when booking if you want the finer things, I recommend the chain hotel...Thank you.

You didn't contact me about any issue: as always, I am only a call away, a doorbell, or a knock.Our motel offers a clean, friendly, and quiet/safe stay.

Thank you for staying with us the whole 5 minutes; you didn't even give us a chance hun, you said you didn't feel safe? You checked in when no one was even around outside, in the middle of the afternoon; your door had a dead bolt plus the door lock and all the windows had locks.; our property is safe, there has been no issues in the last year. Plus, I had a water stain around the tub faucet, but it was clean. It is an old motel, and like you said, " we all have hard water stains in our tub " So I do apologize, but in fairness you rated us without staying...Our goal is to provide each guest a safe and friendly stay in a clean environment.

Am sorry for any inconvenience you had during you 1 minute interaction with me and my motel; You came into my office with your head held high and didn't even take the time to notice I was crying! I have a knee injury and had just gotten a shot at the clinic. There was nothing wrong with my room, there are no odors, my rooms are cleaned thoroughly. Everything in the room I had given you was brand new ...you walked into my room and back out with your hand in the air and proclaimed" we aren't doing this" Bottom line my rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, everything is brand new, and our motel is older so the tub does look lil old but it is white and clean. You came here looking for the Ritz at a cheap mom and pop rate; we offer a clean, safe, and friendly stay. We do not offer any of the fancy you can get at a big chain motel. Next time you should book at a fancy motel. And don't assume someone is on something from a 1-minute interaction.have a good day

Over the last year w e have remodeled every single room in use, complete with new beds, furniture, flat screen televisions on the wall, new linen, and new AC units. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily and deep cleaned every 2 weeks including my carpet. I and my staff have never been rude to any guest and will go out of our way to ensure the guest has a great stay. As for the couple minute wait in the office, I am the only person that runs the desk and motel, so I was helping another guest, I apologize. Bottom line is we are a simple motel, we offer a clean, safe, and friendly stay at an affordable price; if you want anything fancier then a mom-and-pop motel isn't the answer. Have a great day :)
