Room had multiple lights not working. Bathroom had a distinct sewer smell, had to keep the door closed just to make the room bearable. Will not stay here again.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel. The housekeeping staff did not leave barsoap or washcloths in the room. The breakfast was very sub-par, this time. Staff was great, just a few hiccups this time with the room.

This property is great! I love the suite we stayed in; it's roomy! Breakfast is good, but wish it was longer than 9 am.

Good place to stay.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, but the room was a little worn. The shower glass is cloudy and the light burned out in the entry way. I stayed on the first floor and it is very noisy as it sounds like elephants are running on the floors above. Definitely bring earplugs! They are dog friendly though. Once again the staff super friendly! I would stay again just with really good earplugs on an upper floor too.

I rarely have any real problem at a Marriott. Common to most hotels, though, housekeeping really needs to work on cleaning the corners of the shower grout better.

I am so sorry this happened to you. When you checked in I explained to you that we were not notified by Expedia that you needed an accessible room. It was a very busy weekend for us and I showed you our two available rooms and was going to upgrade you to a King Suite if you wanted but because it was not an accessible room and it did not meet your sleeping requirements it was not the right choice for you. I do hope that if you come this way again that you choose our hotel by calling direct or make the reservation through our app so that we can make sure you have a good experience. Hope to see you again.
