The poor guy working front desk was friendly & tried to be accommodating but the hotel was so dirty, outdated & in such poor shape. First room the TV was busted had no power cord, soap was still in shower used, he moved us to a different room but it wasn't much better! Needs better housekeeping & LOTS of repairs/updates!!!

What a dump. Even though rooms had no smoking signs on them hallway smelled of stale smoke. Abandoned van with flat tire and junk in it looked like it had been there for months. Very few people there and for a good reason. Window in room all fogged up and filthy. They should have paid me to stay there

Stay Somewhere Else - ANYWHERE ELSE!

This hotel was the PITTS! When we arrived, our room did not have heat. I had to get into a heated confrontation to get our room switched out. They knew about a dog that I was bringing (non aggressive) because I put it IN the reservation and then acted shocked when I mentioned the dog. Extremely disappointed in the facility, staff and accommodations. I have stayed in several places traveling and this by far was the WORST customer service I've had.

Should have read reviews before booking

We booked a single Queen room and was given a double full. There was absolutely no hot water. Unable to take showers. Non smoking but Hallways were smokey.

First room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, including the hallway to the rooms.. hair of all shapes and sizes all over the bed, and all over the bathroom. Asked to be moved to another room, front desk guy was very nice and put me in another room. 2nd room’s bathroom was clean, still hair on one of the beds, but 2nd bed in the room was clean. Also, the Apple juice for breakfast was like water with a drop of apple flavoring. Makes sense that it was the cheapest rooms around

I will stay the room was clean and quite. There was a hole in the carpet about the size of a baseball, at the foot of the bed. The towel bar in the bathroom was standing in the corner. My husband put it back up in two minutes. The toilet paper holder was gone, but not the bracket that was suppose to hold it. There were two bracket above the bed for pictures, but no pictures. The wall behind the bed had scrap marks, no attempt to repair. There was a coffee pot above the microwave, but no place to plug it in. No need to go on.

It was close to dining options, Walmart and our final destination. Hotel really does need some upgrades and the breakfast closes at 9:00am too early. Need to extend at least by another hour to allow guest to enjoy the breakfast.

When we checked into our room, it was discovered the room was not cleaned. So we went to the front desk to advise them. The clerk at the counter was very pleasent, but the hotel was fully booked. He did unblock a room for us to sleep since it was 1 o’clock in the morning when we arrived to check in. However the second room was clean, but the tub did not drain and filled up with water after one shower.

It was okay, old building, but keeped up with pretty good.it is a big hotel and no levator. I always take the stairs, so didn't matter to me, but some people it would.
