unser Sylvestererlebnis in Scuol

Es sind die Winzigkeiten / Momenten die einen Aufenthalt speziell machen...und ich kann nichts schlechtes über die Bedienung, Zimmerservice oder Hotelangebot melden.....aber der Empfang stand irgendwie unter ein falsches Licht....wir konnten kein Tisch im Restaurant buchen. In unser (bade)Zimmer war die Dusche...naja...keine Worte dafür...und dass macht es insgesamt für mich nicht stimmig....sorry.

Ideal für Familien und Paare

EZ standard war sehr geräumig mit kleinem Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Das Einzel-Bett war sehr schmal. Ebenso das Badezimmer mit Dusche. Der Duschvorhang klebt ständig am Körper........ Sehr gute Küche in sehr gemütlichen Räumlichkeiten, freundliches Personal.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Engadin

Grosszügige und saubere Zimmer, super Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück leider erst ab 07.30 Uhr, für gewisse Wanderungen ist man dann etwas spät. Einziger Kritikpunkt: wir wollten am Abend um 20.00 Uhr für das Abendessen das Restaurant reservieren, angeblich war es voll und wir mussten früher kommen. Um 20.00 Uhr war aber das Restaurant leider alles andere als voll...

Hotel mit viel Caché

Wir wurden positiv überrascht! ganz tolles 3* Hotel, mit liebevollen Details. Tolles Personal und Ambiente. Auch an Corona-Zeiten richtig angepasst, aber nicht zu steif. Schönes und gut organisiertes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Bachrauschen wirkt einschläfernd. Grandios!

Leider war unser Zimmer mit einer Badewanne in der Dachschräge und so konnten wir nicht stehend duschen. Zudem war es nicht einfach den Balken auszuweichen ohne den Kopf zu stossen.

Das Personal war unfreundlich, wenig motiviert. Das Morgenbuffet wurde eine halbe Stunde vor Ende der Essenszeit nicht mehr aufgefüllt. In der Dusche war der Seifenbehälter komplett leer und auf dem Kissen befand sich ein langes schwarzes Haar.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel

Angenehmes, kleines Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig, mit Balkon. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Dorf. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Service angenehm.

Delightful and romantic

The roar of the rushing stream below our window didn't disturb but soothed us to sleep. The wooden paneled room gave a homely feel. The owners and staff are very friendly abd the restaurant is excellent. The food is fresh and prepared with care. A sun-terrace with a mountain view and their sauna and relax area with own mineral water spring adds to the perfection of this lovely hotel.
