Great house with amazing view

This house is fantastic. Great location, great view. Comfortably accommodates 8 people. Very comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen.

The design of the space inside and views over the Pelican meadow to the ocean were great!

Beautiful place!

I think they need to have more towels everywhere most were in the laundry room. Maybe a binder with information about the resources in that area since we had never been up that way. Restaurants, stores things to do and places to go would have been great.

Birthday celebration

The home was wonderful, well cared for and well-stocked for family style living and cooking…we only had two, very minor, inconveniences…first, when we arrived the Sea Ranch area was experiencing higher than normal temperatures and we were dismayed that the house air-conditioning system was “inoperative”… but fortunately the house cooled down considerably once the sun set, so it turned out fine…second, we were disappointed that the sauna in the master suite was also labeled as “inoperative”…a sauna would have been a lovely ending to a day of hiking and/or swimming…but our overall stay and enjoyment of this spectacular home was unique and very memorable.

The house has beautiful views, easy access to cliff trails, and is close to the town of Gualala, (perfect for shopping and take out). There is ample seating, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of utensils, plates, cooking pans, glasses etc., which is sometimes lacking in vacation rentals. The bedrooms are large and there is a nice back patio. The house is very clean and we were given plenty of tp and bath items. Within walking distance of one of the three pools. A number of non-essential items do not work. (Such as ice maker and garbage disposal). These did not distract from our lovely experience, but you will need to buy a bag of ice.

Beautiful space, well appointed & stocked, responsive host

One of the nicest vacation rentals I've seen, especially in Sea Ranch. Really generous common spaces and lovely bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen (LOVED how many plates, glasses, etc. there were - never had to panic about running out), lovely outdoor space. We used the hot tub and it was great. All & all a terrific rental, I'd definitely go back.

Peaceful Sea Ranch

Indigo is a beautiful home at Sea Ranch with an unobstructed view of meadows and the ocean. Great kitchen and very comfortable beds. Really loved the house. Instructions for obtaining parking hang tags and a rental agreement that would permit access to SR pools and other facilities were missing at check-in and the app was not clear about how to obtain these. This caused some problems for us. Also, while the kitchen was very nicely kitted out, there were only two replacement trash bags (for a 6 night stay) and insufficient dishwasher pods for the stay. This felt stingy considering the expense of the rental.

Absolutely Incredible

Immaculately clean, incredible view, super comfortable beds, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.... I have high standards for vacation rentals and this blew them all away. In a dream life, I would live here.

House great, property management terrible

The home is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, spacious, amazing location and views. Vacasa service was terrible - they didn’t leave the passes for parking and access to the rec centers, so we could have gotten towed and couldn’t access the rec center on our one full day there. We had to hunt down their local offices and they were closed. They don’t respond to the phone calls or emails to resolve anything. What if a pipe burst or something? Unrealistically early Checkout time with upsells for a late checkout while asking us to strip beds and get laundry started even though we are paying almost $300 for cleaning.

Peaceful Perfection

We loved our stay at this Sea Ranch home. It was a quiet location with a view I’d the ocean, numerous deer and hares. The waves crashing on the shore made the hot tub seem exotic. There were more than enough kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc. We had brought all out food and spices so that made life easier. Our family uses the board games, etc. when it rained in between star gazing at the clearest of skies we’ve seen in ages. We can’t wait to go back!
