Very nice home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the new Hawk Haven home. Having a freshly remodeled home was a treat and this one is also very comfortable and nicely appointed.

pure joy - delightful house and location

Our family stayed at Hawk Haven for the week between Christmas and New Year. We love Sea Ranch and have stayed in other houses there, but this one was by far the best. The architecture is a masterpiece of light and functionality. The furnishings are fresh and fun. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for serious cooking. We enjoyed the stereo turntable and vinyl record collection, the spacious hot tub, the patio with large gas grill and the woodburning fireplace. The management company, locally based in Gualala, checked with us regularly to ensure that everything was meeting our expectations. We will definitely rent this house again if it's available.
