Everything was clean and house was well equipped.Just a few things weren't good. Grill was dirty and no propane, and upstairs fireplace wasn't working. Neither of these things was enough to make our stay unenjoyable. We loved the house!

Exquisite getaway right on the beach

This house is perfect, drier was broken so some of our towels were moist but we had good communication with the property manager. House is spacious, views are unbeatable, great hot tub and deck.

Beautiful home in Seattle Ranch!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at the Webb House in Sea Ranch, California! The home was incredibly spacious, featuring a large, well-equipped kitchen, and open dining and living area, and a fantastic outdoor deck with a hot tub. The ocean views were breathtaking and location perfect. The house was stocked with so many thoughtful extras -- plenty of dinnerware, cookware, spices, and everything you'd need for a perfect stay. Highly recommend this beautiful home for relaxing and a memorable stay!

Great 2 story home!

With a parent with mobility issues, having a full bedroom and bath downstairs is absolutely essential. Bedroom is the great size with a wonderful view and downstairs bath has room for a walker and an easy turnaround! Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are nice too with jacuzzi tubs in both upstairs baths. Kitchen is well stocked, new bbq for outside grilling, marvelous views from deck with 6 comfortable chairs.

Ultimate Comfort

I’ve been to many vacation homes over the years. The Webb house was by far the most well thought out design and equipped with endless kitchen equipment, dishes etc as well as an incredible cupboard of seasonings and other unique cooking essentials. The view was spectacular, and the meadow and privacy of the home invited numerous wildlife that entertained us. I’ll be back for sure!

Webb House June 2024

This was our first visit to Sea Ranch although we had heard it about it for years. We came to California to visit with our Aunt in Nevada County and whenever we're here we doa road trip. A friend from L.A, who happens to be related to the next door neighbors of Webb House also joined us. As former guest house owners, we were happy that the house was so well maintained, and had everything you need. The kitchen dining area was amazing, and the homeowners' had everything you needed from a simple cup of tea or a gourmet meal. Bedrooms were roomy, bathrooms well appointed and up-to-date. The hottub looked like it would provide great relaxation, but we just didn't have enough time. I highly recommend this property for friend reunions or family getaways.

Wonderful retreat

I booked this home to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday. Her sister came up with us and we had the most incredible, transformative time imaginable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The house was private, quiet and had all the comforts of home. Bring CDs because they have an amazing sound system if you want to listen to some music while relaxing on the deck. I cannot wait to go back. I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time! Loved the drawer full of wine corks in the kitchen, too. It made us smile to think of all the memories that have been made with friends and family over the years in this house. Such a great property! The only issue was the #7 on the keypad wasn't working upon arrival. Vacasa's staff was not helpful via their texting system so I highly recommend calling instead of using their texting option. It took a little while, but they were much more helpful and able to get us access with a new access code.

The BEST Sea Ranch home!

We've been going to Sea Ranch for over 40 years! And this is truly the best home! The view, deck, architectural layout are wonderful. A short walk to the bluff trail and only 1.2 miles north of the Lodge should anyone want to go for a meal or cocktail! The house is well equipped, unlike many others. You need nothing! The kitchen has EVERYTHING imaginable! Plenty of towels, bathroom products + TP, paper towels, clothes detergent, and dishwasher soap and beach towels for hot tub (or pool). Over 4 full days we ran out of nothing! Beds are very comfortable and each of the 3 bedrooms have a view of the ocean! Every morning we were greeted in the private meadow off the back deck by 2 mama deer and their 2 little babies! Thank you for sharing your home with us! One suggestion since we had 75-degree weather - it would be nice to have screens on the windows and sliding doors so we could keep them open at night! Again! A terrific home!

Sea Ranch is such a beautiful place. The Webb House offered so much that I love about The Sea Ranch. The house was spacious and perfect for a family of 6. The location was peaceful and private. The view of Black Point is spectacular! Also the location of the Hot Tub is perfect for night time star gazing.

Upstairs Mbrm bug infested. Kitchen ant infested. No screens on sliders, no air circulation. Rear deck needs replacing. First level Mbrm mattress and pillows need replacing. Very beautiful location, private and quiet.

The home is wonderful and ideal for three couples. It is quiet with a beautiful view of the ocean. We appreciate how the kitchen is fully supplied.We wish the barbecue grill was functioning, but it was broken and did not have propane. The hot tub worked beautifully to view the stars.The trashcan area is a mess! It’s disgusting so not much more to say about it.

The Webb House is a private, well-appointed home with a lovely view of the ocean. We lucked out with gorgeous weather that allowed us to really enjoy the close proximity beaches and local beauty.

Wonderful large home with views!

We had a great stay with our family with plenty of room in and outdoors. We loved watching the waves break on the rocks! The kitchen was very well stocked making cooking a breeze.

Beautiful house, lovely view, perfect size. really enjoyed our stay

The house is quite large with 3 bedrooms plus another den with a sleeper couch. 3 large bathrooms, a nice deck and large jacuzzi. We had a wonderful time and would go back. The one drawback is the oven isn't big and doesn't seem to be calibrated properly.
