The 2-Story house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with full tub/showers. The primary and second bedroom each have a king bed. The 3rd bedroom is a large room with 4 built in bunk beds (all extra long twin size). The house has an open second story den with a new 42 inch flat screen TV. Living Room includes a wood burning fireplace surrounded by window seats. The kitchen has an electric stainless-steel range with double oven. The house is very well equipped for large dinners with family and friends seating up to 10. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck and private patio with propane BBQ. An outdoor hot water shower is a favorite feature with kids and their parents! Additional provisions include two baby gates, a crib, a high chair and a booster seat – for the youngest set.


There is an attached two car garage with a private parking area next to the house. Juice Box 40 Level 2 EV Charger available for use. Free WIFI available. Free unlimited local and long distance calling. Our home is pet friendly for one dog. Please do not leave the dog unsupervised in the home while you are away. Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 2-car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 8 for this home.
