Cozy 2 bedroom place in a great location near the bluff trail and Ohlson rec center. Great ocean views and deck. Very clean, had everything we needed. The bunk bedroom is not really suitable for adults, so be advised. Renters need to be aware that the lot next door is under construction currently in foundation stage. There is noise and workers are present, so that is not ideal. It was not disclosed until after booked, so be aware.

Clemons' House location

Clemons' House is in an excellent location for driving quickly to the trail heads of the forests we love to walk in and beaches we like to explore. And the trails along the coastal bluff are within easy walking distance of the house.

Great spot in Sea Ranch!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Sea Ranch. We come to Sea Ranch any chance we get and this was our first time at this house. Its in a great location on the Bluffs that make it easy to get on the walking trails and isnt far from beach access. We loved that it was dog friendly and could bring our pups with us as well. Thank you!

Great stay for the $$

Kitchen was dated but nice with all the cooking utensils you could need. We loved the rear deck with partial ocean view. We spent alot of our down time there., we really enjoyed our stay and are greatfull the homeowners opened their house to us and even allowed or dog to join us. We would definitely stay there again.

Tiny but great

We were only 3 people so it worked out but note obviously there’s only one bedroom with a queen and then a small room with 4 bunk beds. Love the ocean views from the living room and the deck. It’s a small house but felt super comfy and not too small with the three of us. Oh and yet it’s close to hwy 1 you wouldn’t know because you can’t hear anything. We’d stay again.

Great location and nice house for the price

The location is awesome! It’s a short walk to the beach and tide pools and a rec center. The house is good! Nice pots and pans and had all the essentials! It’s older so it’s not perfect but it did the job! The bunks are stacked very close together so not great if you’re clostrophobic. Overall great for a short weekend!

Lovely Cottage, Incredible View, Great Location

This cottage is sweet, and the owners vibe is caring and casual. There is a loft that is not available and the cleanliness is hit or miss, but it was fully stocked and comfortable. The common areas are wonderful just like the photos show. Appliances are aged but everything worked. Though it’s right off the highway it is quiet and sleeping was great; the queen is very comfortable. The view of the ocean is truly amazing and the general location is outstanding for proximity to beaches and the sea ranch dining. Overall a great sea ranch experience, lovely, comfortable and we loved it.

Comfortable, homey and dog-friendly space with a beautiful view, especially from the deck.

Loved the view, especially from the deck. The furnishings were simple, comfortable and dog-friendly. The window seat was awesome. The kitchen has everything we needed. The entertainment center was easy to use and they have a great selection of movies that came with the house. The view of the ocean and stars from the deck was amazing. While we were there, we could not look at the ocean without seeing whales. On quiet mornings we even heard them from the deck. Thanks for opening your house to us!

Nice Stay

We had a lovely four nights. The kitchen had everything we needed. We just used the one main bedroom which was nice. Loved having two bathrooms. We did have run out of toilet paper and there was no back up in the place. The communication with Vacasa was great. The place was ready early and they texted letting me know we could do early check in. I thought that was amazing. Many other company's do NOT do this. The location was great too. Very close walk to the pool and beach. Overall we would stay here again.

GREAT LOCATION BUT GROSS

The location of the house is great. However, buyers be aware: the views from the patio, dining area, and living room feature a porta-potty as the main attraction. The house was gross. The cleaning crew did not clean properly; the floors were beyond dirty (our socks were black after a few hours). There were ants everywhere, and we saw a bunch of dead ants in one of the kitchen corners; those ants had been there before we arrived. The patio furniture is dirty, so be prepared to get your clothes dirty if you sit on them. Cobwebs are everywhere, and some of the towels had yellow stains and black dots. Finally, the checkout time is 10 AM—ridiculous. I wish I could post pictures.

Good cabin for two kids and a dog

Our family enjoyed the stay here. In walking distance to on of the pools/tennis courts and trails with beach access. Overall house is in good shape and perfect for our two kids and dog.

The property is cute and a good location. The bed situation was the challenge. There is one queen bed and four bunk beds. The bunks are tight and really only good for kids or small adults okay with tight spaces. The kitchen had what we needed, we had a nice weekend. Tip - don’t use google maps to find the Vacasa office, the address takes you to the middle of nowhere.

Perfect stay

Great location with wonderful ocean views. Open skies for star gazing. The house had a great vibe and felt comfortable and welcoming. Perfect bunk beds for our granddaughters. We look forward to staying here again.
