Important Things to Note
• Stairs: The home has stairs.
• Wi-Fi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight parking on the street. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Community Amenities: Access to Sea Ranch communal swimming pools and tennis is included via a guest pass. A pass is required; locations, hours, and availability may vary.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Nearby: About a 5-minute drive to Gualala for groceries, cafes, and shopping, and about 10 minutes to Sea Ranch Lodge for dining and events. Coastal walking/biking trails are nearby.
