“I stayed here with a friend over the weekend and had a great time. There was a bit of noise during the late night but that came to be expected by being so close to the village stroll. The staff were also very accommodating when I had questions about where to park.”

“Comfortable stay and all appliances worked. Fifth floor high enough to minimize evening plaza noise. Supplies were basic and adequate. Only had one bath, hand and wash towel per occupant but believe you can request extra if needed. Kitchen pans limited to frying pan, large soup kettle and medium sauce pan, ”

“I was booked at the Glacier Lodge, there was a party of 6. Middle of the first night, we discovered bed bugs in one of our sofa beds. We had to be moved to two separate rooms in two separate accommodations. Gurpreet at The Peak was super nice and provided exceptional customer service. The other room was at Cascade Lodge and the staff there was quite nice also, easy to deal with. Quite understanding. The two places were very accommodating but despite that, it’s sucked because our family got split……

“It was a good hotel, near everything in Whistler Village. Only issue we had was we couldn’t access our balcony!! :( we wanted to chill there and even called the front desk but no one came to open it… oh well. Overall would recommend it!”
