“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Upper Deck. Every single person that works there was nice, responsive and polite. I could not have asked for a better experience. This place is comfortable. Easiest way to say it. It is not the Ritz but, it is very welcoming. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the sheets were clean and the air conditioning worked beautifully. I cannot say enough about the bar\kitchen staff. I was greeted on a first name basis with everyone, even before I had a chance to……

“There was no elevator to the 2nd floor so taken your baggage was difficult. And the building was a little bit dated overall in building condition.”

“Check in was easy, I asked for a area map and they didn't have one. You know things close. Opened the door to my room and it was that stale, mold Old school Mexico and the AC never shut off. Floor was like sand paper. Hardly any lighting, TV was small and not adjustable. Went looking for ice and they didn't have any ran out. I was booked for three nights and I checked out at 6 am.”

“Don’t ever stay here if you want a mildew smelling bedroom, or an alarm that goes off at midnight for no reason, or a shower that’s ONLY hot, or beds that are scratchy or even bed bug bites. Worst stay we’ve ever had.”

“I was really disappointed as soon as I walked in they didn’t have any rolls for the pool so it was loud and noisy all night. The sheets were dirty. The towels were dirty the sink in the living room. You couldn’t use the stove in the room you can’t use woke up this morning to make coffee before I left the room and of course the coffee pot was not working. I was very disappointed. The room does not look like it was displayed in the website. It’s old dingy. It has not been updated at all. I do not……
