Pretty decent area quiet staff was friendly and helpful, walking distance to shopping areas. The major thing that I disliked was the beds where really hard, very uncomfortable specially being pregnant.

Overall good experience and close to the C&J Trailways terminal and interstate 95. Room was spacious with a small living room, too. Front desk person who checked me in was very welcoming.

Facilities were good overall. No towels in the pool area. It took about 5-7 minutes to get hot water. And the shower didn't drain well at all. Breakfast was awesome! Pool temp was good. And it was clean. Beds were very comfortable.

I made a reservation, and was given room #110. When I opened the door, it smelled like a sewer line had burst. Asked for another room and was given room #309. The front desk couldn’t give me a key for the room because the “system was down”. I arrived at 12:20 a.m. and waited an hour and half for the problem to be solved. It wasn’t. So if I wanted to leave and go back to the room, I had to ask the front desk. When I told the front desk the next morning, they gave me a key no problem. Breakfast ends at 9:30. I came down at 9:10 and she tried to get me to go back to my room so they could fix my tv. Why?? So I could miss breakfast and watch tv for an hour? This place is bogus. No discount or refund given at check out. Was told “manager would be in touch”.

The staff is incredible, efficient and friendly. The breakfast is ample and very nice - lots of options. The rooms are very clean. My only complaint is with the occupants. I stayed for 12 days because of business. One weekend two rooms next to mine were occupied by are large number of partiers. They had a noisy party until late. The hotel has very secure doors, but because of this they make a lot of noise when they close and latch - add to think the loud outbursts from a bunch of drunks and it gets to be annoying. I chose to put on headphones the first night. The second night was a bit quieter because of their hangover conditions. Really obnoxious people. I would recommend choosing the top floor of the hotel and ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible. Once again - I find no fault with the hotel. It is a great value.
