Welcome to 181 High Hammock, a charming top-floor villa nestled in the serene surroundings of Seabrook Island, just a short drive from Kiawah and Charleston, SC. This delightful retreat is the perfect blend of sophistication and relaxation; of both solitude and central location. It is an ideal getaway for couples or small families seeking a relaxing beach escape.

Step inside to discover a cozy living area that invites relaxation, featuring tasteful décor in a palette of ocean blues and gray hues. The living area offers a plush sectional and large smart TV. The couch has a pull-out bed for additional sleeping space. The open layout seamlessly connects the living space to a dining area with shiplap walls, and new light fixtures. A well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a quartz countertop, and blue tile backsplash, an ideal spot for whipping up your favorite meals. The fully stocked kitchen caters to all your culinary needs. Three kitchen stools at the counter offer added seating. Off the living area is access to the lengthy private balcony. Guests love to dine al fresco at the dining table or enjoy their morning coffee in one of the Adirondack chairs.

The large master suite features abundant natural light, elevated ceilings, a plush king bed with new mattress, a smart TV, dresser, blackout curtains, closet, and an additional twin bed. A desk area offers a designated work space where you can catch up on emails or work remotely while enjoying all the island has to offer. Complimentary WIFI is included. The bedroom also has access to the balcony area overlooking the majestic oaks and lush tropical greenery.

With two bathrooms, all guests have their own space. The ensuite master bathroom has a large vanity area and tub/shower. The guest bathroom, located off the main living area, offers a shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and body soap. A washer and dryer are located within the villa for the convenience of guests.

This property comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it perfect for a romantic getaway, golf weekend, or a small family vacation. We also welcome you to bring your well-behaved dog along for the best stay ever! (Pet fee applies). Seabrook Island is a dog friendly community with the picturesque neighborhood of High Hammock, island nature trails, and miles of vast, uncrowded beach for your pup to explore.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We are one of the only companies that washes the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Wonderful Getaway

I have never had a place feel so much like home. Such a relaxing place stocked with everything you need to make your stay feel like a true getaway. From the beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, to the very comfy king bed, we feel like we found a treasure in this place. We will definitely return.
