Peaceful Getaway
The condo unit is peaceful and has delicate and tasteful furnishings. It is best suited for one or two adults, but not children. It was clean and even though a middle unit, it still had adequate natural light. I enjoyed my stay there.

Wonderful
The unit, location and manager are all wonderful. This is our third year in a row of staying in this complex. Quiet enclave, friendly neighbors and easy access to Seabrook, Kiawah and Freshfield. Be sure to check out the beach and take a stroll to Captain’s Sam Inlet to catch the dolphins.

Great place to celebrate anniversary
Owner was very responsive and had an awesome place to stay. Was well decorated and very peaceful. We loved the screened in deck. We saw lots of cranes in the marsh. Can't wait to go back.

Top Notch all the way!
This place was about perfect, and I always try to include some negatives in my reviews because few places are perfect....but this may have been the one. Immaculate, nicely updated, beautiful views of the marshes, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. And not a single bug - dead or alive - was seen the entire stay, which is saying something for coastal South Carolina.

It was amazing. I love Charlston. Its 30-40 mins away. I wanted to be on the water. We were 10 mins from a private beautiful beach. Everything about the island was special. I proposed to my future wife on the trip at the beach. I couldnt have asked for a better stay. I wish i was still there. The place was clean spacious and beautiful. I cant wait to go back.

Could not have been better
Really this place could not be better! We would not change a thing. The kitchen was great, didn’t cook much but when we did we had everything we needed. The living room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bedroom was probably my favorite and was just perfect. King size bed, linens and fan were perfect. The bathroom was remodeled and super nice. The screened in porch was great although we didn’t use it too much. I think about 7 steps up too the door and very easy to get in the first day. I don’t think we could have been closer to the community pool which we went to a handful of times and had to ourselves. Very nice being just outside the gate of Seabrook and not having to wait for the guards to let us in and out. My husband and I had a perfect spot to relax and enjoy our vacation. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Going to reserve it again for next year! Just perfect!

A Memorable Vacation!
I was interested in the photos describing the condo on line but we were not prepared for the way we felt when we got there. First of all, Debra, the hostess is professional and quick to respond. She was so helpful. The condo was just as described except the screened in porch was so much better than we imagined. The sounds of the water at night was so peaceful. I drank my coffee out there every morning. It was such a nice way to start the day. Everything is so close. We went to Bohicket Marina several evenings for food, entertainment, and the best sunsets! We did drive to the beach since it was a few miles away but the drive there was jaw-dropping. One beautiful home after another. We went to Fairfield Village several times and shopped at Teeter Harris, a reasonably priced grocery. They also have delicious meals at the deli. We rented bikes and rode around to see the horses and just enjoy the scenery. We visited the Angel Oak Tree, not far from the condo, downtown Charleston, and Magnolia Plantation. There was so much to see and do. We did try to see the dolphins strand feeding but we missed them. Maybe next time. I could go on and on. I'm a photographer and I took almost 500 pictures! We loved this place and can't wait to return.

Wonderful Getaway!
A beautiful location to relax and enjoy the area. The villa has great views of the salt marsh and sunsets that we enjoyed from the living room and screened-in patio. Saw dolphins at the nearby beach. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Debra was very responsive to our questions and requests. Looking forward to a return visit.

A Beautiful Place!
A beautiful place with a fantastic view. Very clean, well appointed, close to the grocery and other shopping, yet feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Very relaxing! I highly recommend this condo and owner!

Perfect Location & Property
This villa is perfect in all ways! Great location that allows easy access to Freshfields, the ocean or salt marsh! We were able to enjoy walks along beautiful paths, or relax on the porch or in the comfortable living area. The bed was very comfortable-much like a high-end hotel. Five stars all around!

Family wedding in John’s Island
Great place to stay on the marsh. Restaurants and grocery close. Day trip to Charleston was about 45 minutes away. Beautiful sunsets at the condominium complex

We really enjoyed our stay at this property on beautiful Seabrook Island. The Island was very bike friendly and we enjoyed our bike rides to the beach to see the dolphins. The drive into Charleston was reasonable for the days we wanted to see the city. Overall a great stay!

A new Favorite!
Staying on the Salt Marshes is the best decision you can make for your Seabrook vacation! We loved the sights, sounds and smells of the gorgeous landscape just outside the condo. This property is in great condition and is very comfortable. We had a wonderful time on Seabrook and would return in a heartbeat!

This villa was an amazing place to stay. Immediately walking in, it smelled so clean and had some jazz playing to create a nice, homey atmosphere. All the essentials were there and The owner even texted to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. The views from the porch are so beautiful! We had many mornings sitting out there having coffee and nights with dinner. The pool at the complex is very nice and had it to ourselves every time we went. The dock at the complex was also nice to walk at nights. Lots of beautiful sights! We were sad to leave! 100% recommend!

So peaceful
The marsh views and sounds were so soothing. The villa was attractively furnished, with a comfortable bed, and the two of us never felt crowded. The unit was well-stocked with towels, kitchen staples, etc. We used the kayaks - it was a bit of a struggle for us middle-aged types to carry them to the dock, but the effort was worth it for the views on the water. The Seabrook Island beaches were uncrowded even on a July weekend. We didn't need the beach club pool, towels ($5 each per day) and chairs, but we bought the amenities card anyway just to have access to a restroom off the beach because there aren't any public facilities. We would go back to Debra's place in a heartbeat!

Wonderful clean rental
This was our first time on Seabrook and we were not disappointed. The rental was even more beautiful in person, the marsh views as you walk in were amazing. The condo was very clean with everything you need. From the screened in back porch to the bedroom everything was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect between Freshfield Village and the beach. Everything you need is right around the corner. I stayed in different rentals around the Charleston area but highly recommend this one. Very close to the Angel Oak Tree, beautiful preserved beaches and a 40mn or so drive to Charleston. Debra checked in on us as well to make sure we did not need anything. Beautiful stay in a wonderful rental. Thanks Debra!

The Villa was absolutely perfect. Very well decorated and beautiful views. Felt like home!
Upon arrival, we we're greater with a well lit and colorful setting. The villa had all the neccessary things for cooking along with cleaning and bathroom accessories. The view off the den and deck are breathtaking especially in the evening for sunset. The host was easily accessible via text and call and was very helpful and polite. The shopping center was only 1 mile away and had everything for daily needs. All in all, we had an amazing stay and it was very relaxing and comfortable.

Anniversary Trip
The condo was clean and well appointed, just as shown. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and it was a perfect backdrop for our trip! It was really hard to tear ourselves away from the beautiful marsh views and the porch. Loved the dock, spotted a dolphin! Great food and atmosphere at the Salty Dog. Recommend sailing with Holy City and Captain Chad and visiting the nearby winery!

Excellently maintained clean property. Perfect for two. We spent every evening on the screened balcony enjoying the long sunsets. Debra Jadwin, the property manager, is the absolute best! If you have a question or a problem during your stay don’t hesitate to call her. She always answers her phone or gets back to you promptly.

The best view on Seabrook!
We loved sitting on the screened -in porch and watching the changing tidal marsh and sunsets. Off in the distance one can see the lights of the Cherry point seafood market. The condo is beautifully decorated with local art work. We were able to cook great seafood meals in the kitchen with food from the Harris Teeter market at Freshfields. This great market is only about 1.5 miles away. I love that there is a small table facing the marsh for those days or early mornings when it is too cool to sit on the porch. The bathroom is beautiful and has great storage options. I highly recommend renting bikes from Seaside cycles. It is the perfect way to experience Seabrook Island.

Nice getaway for adults
The condo villa was very lovely and well appointed. It is best suited for one or two adults since there are glass end tables and glass art collectibles as well as a very large, unbounded marsh right behind the property. I enjoyed my morning tea and crumpets on the lanai looking out across the pond (actually across the marsh). Host Debra was helpful and resonsive.

Love the quiet and the view of the marsh and wildlife
When we first arrived in the afternoon we discovered the dock there was closed for repairs but was told we could take a kayak to a location in the park a few miles away by hood of the car. Unfortunately while reloading it wet it slid all the away across the Subaru and scratched it pretty harshly across the top and hood. Before I could stop it. I WOULD DO IT AGAIN! WHY? From that loading point to the mouth of the ocean and river we paddled with the dolphins!!! Watched then fish and roll the whole way back to the car just before sunset. Seeing the dolphins and the quiet serenity of the place diminished any crying I could do over my car. Had that not been closed we probably would not have seen the dolphins this trip. We had seafood broil ordered and ate for two days on it. We toured folly beach during a festival and spent one day in Charleston. My only wish was the horseback riding wasn’t so expensive. I would recommend this place to stay to everyone. So close to the stores and restaurants you could ride the bikes if wanted. Swimming pool practically outside your door for the right season and good parking! I recommend it for couples who want a quiet getaway!

The kayak launch/dock is open and ready for your next visit and will hopefully help avoid any additional scratches from a reloading mishap...so very sorry that happened. First Time on Seabrook
Nicely decorated and well appointed unit overlooking the marsh. Quiet, gated community, Excellent location for accessing both Seabrook and Kiawah Islands, Freshfield shopping and dining, Bohicket Marina and getting “off” island and heading into town. Long beautiful beach with multiple access points, and dolphin sightings (but no strand feeding for us). Miles of paved, off-road bike/walking trails on Kiawah and fewer trails on Seabrook but bikes are allowed/encouraged on residential and main streets with vary courteous drivers. Kayaks are included with the rental unit and the waterway is relatively easy to navigate. The kayak racks are a fairly long way from the boardwalk put in point and the kayaks weigh 50# each. Unfortunately for us, the boardwalk/launch dock closed without warning during our second week so we weren’t able to kayak as much as we’d hoped too. We had hoped to see sunset from the unit as depicted in the pictures but the sunset wasn’t visible from the unit in February. If the boardwalk is open it’s a short walk to great views of sunset over the salt marsh. Bohicket Marina just up the street is an excellent spot to watch sunset too. Overall, we’d thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Seabrook and we’d stay in this unit when we return to Seabrook.

Our stay was great.
Renting process was easy. Host even accommodated us adding an extra night to our stay. Very helpful with information in activities to do around the downtown charelston. Drive was easy to get downtown and location was great. View from the screened in porch was wonderful for a slow morning or afternoon. We would definitely like to come again.

Such a cute place!
We stayed here for 3 days and it was so clean and PERFECT for just two people to get away and enjoy a nice weekend. Had the prettiest walk way out to a dock to watch the sunset. All in all just the perfect little weekend getaway spot!
