Seabrook Vacation

We had a great time at Seabrook staying at 515 Tarpon Pond Cottage. Very quiet and relaxing, good location to the beach club and beach, nicely furnished and comfortable.

Beautiful neighborhood

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The neighborhood is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch which provided a good spot to eat breakfast and play games.

Relaxing family vacation

We have rented on Seabrook Island many times but never a house or cottage. It is a very nice dog friendly unit. Easy access to everything on the island.

Seabrook is awesome, however, the cottage was not very clean nor well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely small. The kitchen is well stocked. There were only 4 bikes, and 2 were not operational which was disappointing. The screen porch was large. Having the amenity card was great!

Perfect Break from the Hamster Wheel!

Our family had a great time taking a break from our routine. We had everything we needed, enjoyed lots of time on the porch reading, and rode our bikes everywhere to have fun on the beach and pools!

Great property in Seabrooke Island

We loved everything about this property and plan to come back in the future. It was clean, well maintained, and very relaxing. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the location and the beach is fabulous. We saw quite a few dolphins at the inlet and witnessed strand feeding. Also, the property management company is a well run organization and communicates frequently. Definitely recommended!

good location

The location was great, mid point of the island so easy access to north beaches and beach front pool. Bikes included was a nice touch. The kitchen and bathrooms (specifically the master) were tight. We didn't do a lot of cooking so it wasn't a huge issue for the kitchen. The master bathroom's lack of counter space required a bit of a work around but not vacation altering. The ceiling fans were great and kept air moving. The screened in porch was a perfect touch as well. Clean property. Careful with food, with the rain ants seemed to be an issue for us and friends saying at other properties.

Cottage was nice. Couch not comfortable. Had a piece of plywood under cushion. All the cooking pans were over heated making them difficult to cook with. The beds comfortable House clean and under the house was great for grandkids

Fantastic pet-friendly Seabrook Vacation Home

Clean; comfortable and plenty of room for our family - 2 adults, 2 teens & a golden retriever. Well-decorated and provisioned - mini waffle maker was much appreciated! Bikes were a lovely touch - 3 mins quick ride to the beach club, 5-10mins to the Lake House pool. Great for tennis & golf too. Quiet, safe community Highly Recommend.

Excellent cottage, peaceful setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. It is well supplied, in a peaceful forest setting, short distance to beach and convenience to the beach. The kitchen is narrow, great for easy meals, but not for multiple cooks. Housekeeping was not thorough in fridge and rear deck and stairs. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Piece of Heaven

We had such a delightful time here! The house was better then the pictures showed. We loved hanging on the back porch, riding bikes to the beach, catching frogs and lizards outside, and snuggling up with the lush blankets inside. The kitchen was fully equipped and we loved having access to the grill. All the beds were so comfy and the air conditioner was nice and cool. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! Thanks for a great week!
