Just a short ride to the private, sandy beaches of Seabrook Island, this Treeloft Villa is centrally located on the island. Perfect for families or couples, this relaxed bungalow is pet friendly too so feel free to bring your well-behaved pet (pets need the beach too, a nominal pet fee applies). Access to the Lake House outdoor pool with Amenity Card. We do not provide access to the Beach Club or Seabrook Island Club amenities but the outdoor Lakehouse pool is included.

This charming treeloft villa has a capacity to accommodate up to six guests, this spacious condo features two well-appointed bedrooms and a loft with a full bathroom upstairs (making it a third, separate sleeping space) and three bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. The inviting ambiance is complemented by tasteful decor, abundant natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key features of 807 Treeloft include a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The dining area provides a cozy space for family gatherings, while the living area is designed for relaxation, complete with a television, comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and views of the lush tropical vegetation and fairway golf views.

Safety and comfort are prioritized with features like air conditioning, heating, and essential safety equipment including smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. Additionally, the condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. A stackable washer and dryer are also located off the kitchen area for the convenience of guests.

Step outside to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces, including balconies, where you can soak in the fresh air and enjoy the tranquil surroundings and watch the golfers on the fairway. For those looking to stay active, the property offers access to a communal heated outdoor pool, as well as nearby recreational activities such as fishing, kayaking, and horseback riding.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens (including sheets for the sofa bed) and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels.

WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

COFFEE MAKER: Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe).

AMENITY CARDS: While this property does not offer amenity cards or club access, guests do have access to the outdoor Lake House pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. Gas powered LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are allowed at the villa complex. The $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary.

CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property.
