This elevated coastal villa is perfectly located close to the the beach and Seabrook Island Club amenities. In just a short walk or bike ride to Boardwalk 3A you'll be splashing in the waves and walking along the 3.5 miles of sandy Seabrook shoreline. Don't feel like going that far? Enjoy spending the day lounging at the Sealoft neighborhood pool. After a full day of fun in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading up to the deck to watch the golfers stroll by. This wonderful villa is filled with natural light that allows the natural beauty of Seabrook Island to shine through. The living room area boasts a wall of windows, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. Comfortable furniture invites you to relax and enjoy your stay. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. There is a dining table with seating for 6.
The master bedroom is on the first level and features a queen bed, television and en suite bath with walk in shower. Sliding plantation shutters offer access to a private deck off the master bedroom. The guest room on the first level is spacious with a full bed plus a single twin. The bathroom is en suite with a tub/shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. Upstairs on the second level is an open loft with vaulted ceiling, 2 twin beds and an adorable sitting area with game table. The sliding doors offer access to an upper deck as well.

Seabrook Islands offers resort amenities in a family friendly atmosphere including two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, full-service equestrian center, fitness and aquatics complex and long, unspoiled beaches, as well as close proximity to Charleston.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
