771 Spinnaker Beach House

The 70's beach vibe has found new life in this renovated town house which is in a great location! Walking distance to the beach and a block from the Beach Club pools and outdoor restaurant. You will be able to watch the dolphins frolic in the surf and the pelicans glide along the edge of the water at sunset. This townhome is convenient to Seabrook's most popular amenities. The owners have embraced the decorating of this villa by paying attention to even the smallest of details. You will definitely know you have arrived to your beach vacation getaway!

This two bedroom, two bath townhome features LVP flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings and walls of windows letting you be surrounded by the beauty of Seabrook Island. You will be captivated by the massive moss draped live oak villas just beyond your windows. Enter this open floor plan and "dive" into relaxation mode. The great room has comfy furniture, a 50" Smart TV, and plenty of space to kick back. Catch a "wave" while relaxing on the leather sofa. Notice the unique wallpaper showcasing this space. The dining room sits just off the living area. Sit here and feel you are dining amongst the trees. The glass topped table seats six and additional seating for three can be found at the breakfast counter. As the saying goes "it is 5:00 somewhere," whip up some beach beverages at the bar cabinet. In the remodeled gourmet kitchen you will find new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and granite counters. Cooking in this space will not seem like a chore. The kitchen window looks out to the front deck. You can enjoy dining on the this deck at the 6 seat table. There are two chaise lounges for sunning with a good beach read. Fire up the propane grill for some burgers or steaks.

The main floor of the town home has the guest bedroom. Rattan accented bed frames and a trifold screen lend a "cabana" feel to the room. This bedroom has two Queen beds and a 36" TV. Head out the sliding doors to the front deck. The bedroom has access to the full hall bath, with tub/shower combo. Detail is not lost in this bathroom. The artistic wood slatted vanity has a quartz top. The same wooden detail carries to the oversized round mirror. Beautiful sea salt colored tiles finish this space.

Hear up the open staircase to the primary bedroom suite. Dream the night away in the King bed. The "Bahama" inspiration comes through in the room's furniture. For those who may need to check in with the office, you can at the glass topped writing desk. The renovated primary bathroom has a marble topped vanity and walk-in tiled shower. The beautiful warm orange tiles of the vanity area are carried into the shower's penny tiled floor and niche. True peace will come to you each morning while sipping your coffee out on the bedroom's deck. Hear the gentle waves in the distance calling you to begin your day. There is a bistro table and two chairs.

The laundry can be found on the main floor and has a stacked washer/dryer unit for you to use. Feel free to bring your family pups. The owners welcome you to bring two dogs, up to 30 lbs. each (additional pet fees apply).

**As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.

Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

This townhome is just across the street from Pelican Beach where you will find gently lapping waves and see the most amazing sunsets over the Edisto River. Walk just .3 miles to the Beach Club pools, golf course, Island House clubhouse, and Pelican's Nest outdoor oceanfront restaurant. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Great stay

Beach house was very clean, easy check in and great location. We had a problem with the keypad the second day but the property manager came out quickly and fixed it. Other than that, it was a seamless stay. Would definitely recommend!

Very unique, very perfect!

This unit was by far the most tastefully furnished one we ever stayed in on Seabrook Island! And we have been vacationing there for 25 years. The view from the living area panoramic windows are out of this world.I hope we will be able to book this unit again.

House like new, pristine. We stay in rentals 2 months each year. Overall, this has been our best experience. Even the grill was functional. Many nice walks from the house. Beach easy to access. Shopping near by.
