Great stay in Seabrook

Nicely appointmented, clean & quiet condo on Seabrook Island, perfect for two couples. Good open space with nice light, and the in suite washer & dryer was a big plus. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach, so you may want to rent bikes or an LSV if you don't have a car. We were very happy with our stay!

I have stayed at this property before and love it. Of course Seabrook Island and everything that it has to offer is amazing. This property in particular is lovely and very special in my opinion - the furniture, decor, little touches, books and artwork are beautiful and the entire home feels very sophisticated. Also a great layout and beautiful views of the golf course. We would stay here again!

Loved staying here!

What a great place! We found this villa very comfortable and spacious. We loved how elegant everything felt, and appreciated that there were so many places to relax and enjoy being on our vacation. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need, and we liked that we didn't have to climb any steps to get to the condo. Super close to the Beach Club and Golf Club too! We rode bikes and it only took us 5 minutes.

We loved our condo. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were quite comfortable. The property management company was excellent with all communication. Their response was very fast. Overall fantastic condo. We really enjoyed our vacation!

Beautifully appointed condo on quiet tree-lined street in close proximity to beach

The home was the perfect space for my family of 5. It is beautifully decorated with an incredible collection of cookbooks that I loved reading. Easy check-in process. Great area. Very peaceful stay. The property inside and out was very clean and well kept. Only a small issue but couldn’t get the key to the garbage chute to work. Communication with Coastal Getaways was very prompt and responsive.

Beautiful Condo

This was the easiest trip I have ever booked. Upon initial booking I had easy and quick communication with owner. Owner sent updated emails prior to arrival and notified us that we were able to check in earlier than expected. The condo was an excellent condition. Very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we could ask for. The location was perfect. It was just a short bike ride to the clubhouse and beach. Everyone had an excellent time and we would strongly recommend this condo for a perfect vacation retreat.

This unit is stunning...every other review is accurate. The decor is certainly exquisite and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The kitchen is large and we thoroughly enjoyed thumbing through the bookcase full of cookbooks, local and global. It would have been amazing to have some more kitchen tools and basics that you're not going to purchase for just a week stay (spices) on hand to try to use them!

Great location!

This is a very well kept and up to date condo in a multi level unit located on the 2nd floor. There's a elevator and a couple of carts that are available to get your stuff up to the second floor from your car. This alone makes it a 5 star for us! Beyond that, the location is safe, quite and within a 4-5 minute walk to the beach or a 2-3 minute bike ride. The clubhouse and pools are just a bit down the road. The interior of the condo looks to be all brand new but feels like a boutique hotel with all sorts of cool stuff to look at, including some pretty cool art that really looks great. There's 3 huge TV's with cable so everyone can have their own show on and relax. Basically there are 2 master suites here on opposite sides of the condo which makes it great for 2 couples. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining which makes it easy to entertain and have fun. It looks like the exterior was just renovated as there are new handrails and tile on all of the outside courtyards. The view out of the rear (floor to ceiling windows) is a beautiful oak tree overlooking the golf course. The overall experience of being at this place is very relaxing. We're going to stay there next time we go to Seabrook.

Seabrook properties are able to charge a premium these days, but not all properties are of premium quality. This unit was fine for our needs, good size, nice living space and nicely furnished. Was able to set up my laptop and monitor on the desk and work from there. Great to have good quality washer & dryer on site. I suspect the owners know the unit's shortcomings, the bathrooms and kitchen are in need of refresh. The master shower is very small, fortunately we are not big people so it was fine. The kitchen needs more immediate attention. Little things like the blender, it must be 30 years old. The Mr Coffee maker doesn't work, the pots, pans were ok, but the baking pans are awful. I covered them in foil when baking dinners. The water dispenser on the fridge needs a new filter, water just trickles out and I was not sure how clean the water really was. The overhead kitchen light is ancient and is tempermental, high hats would be much nicer. There was a smell coming from the sink so we bought some baking soda and dumped it down regulalrly, seemed to help. Some of these items are a bit nit-picky, but I though the owners should know anyway.

Great Location, Awesome Design, Perfect Vacation Place!

Whomever owns and designed the interior of this condo has really done it up. It feels like a high end hotel or vacation property at a 5 star resort. It's open, airy, well designed, comfortable, easy to enjoy and is just a short walk to the beach. If you're a design snob or prefer to stay in boutique type hotels with character and attention to detail you should seriously consider this place. We've been to Seabrook Island about 12 times and have stayed at this condo 3 times now. It's simply amazing. All of the furniture is new (as of Spring 2015) and the overall feel of the interior is very hip and comfortable without being too 'beachy' like soooo many beach places tend to be. The covered, underground parking keeps our car cool and easy to get to. The elevator is AWESOME, especially with beach stuff and groceries. The floorplan and design are very easy to enjoy and can easily hold 2 couples as it basically has 2 master suites. The extra nook with the pull out couch is a great place for 1-2 kids and the reading nook is a nice getaway with great views. The library of books could keep you entertained for months and the original artwork throughout is anything but ordinary. This place is a gem. Did I mention it had a fireplace and panoramic views of the golf course and oak trees? There are 3 brand new flat panel TV's (I think 50 or 55"?) and each room has its own HD cable box. The beds are super comfy, there's tons of storage space in the dressers, closets and other areas so you can bring your whole wardrobe if you want! It's a 9 minute walk to the beach (at Pelican Watch) or a even shorter bike ride or car ride. The main pool area is just down the road and you can be at Fresh Fields in about 12 minutes by car. There's not many better places in Seabrook. We've stayed at most of the "Sea Loft/Dune Loft/Tree Loft" type condos and while it's nice to have a separate house, the elevator and underground parking in this condo make it a better option for us. No more hauling bags up stairs! We have kids that range from 2-15 so we really like the benefits this place offers. If you're thinking about trying a new place for your annual visit to Seabrook or are considering Seabrook for your next vacation. Be warned- once you go here you'll likely want to come back year after year. It's private, the beaches are clean and virtually empty, it's a short drive to Charleston and the nearby shopping at Fresh Fields offers just about everything you'll need.

We enjoyed the whole experience as first timers on Kiawah and staying at Seabrook Island! Condo was wonderfully furnished with comfy beds and lots of extras and the amenities being included were a huge plus! Thanks for a relaxing family getaway!

Seabrook escape
