The Seabrook island Lakehouse, Freshfields Village, Bohicket Marina, and Kiawah Island are a short drive just minutes away. Downtown historic Charleston is a scenic, tree-lined 21 mile drive and a haven for fine dining, historical tours, and shopping.

This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.
