Walk to popular North Beach from this beautiful home. Enjoy the marsh view from the back deck. This open and contemporary 4 bedroom (K, Q, Q, 2T) offers plenty of room for enjoying the company of family and friends. Walk across the street to the boardwalk leading to North Beach. Enjoy the wide open beach, watch the dolphin swimming in the water - this is a wonderful home for your vacation needs.

The open great room has cathedral ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, and tons of windows overlooking the marsh. Settle into the sofas to watch a show or DVD on the HDTV, or retreat to the separate sitting area by the fireplace for quiet conversation with your family and friends.The small game table is perfect for putting together a puzzle or playing cards. Step through the doors to the back deck that overlooks the tidal marsh. Watch the shore birds and deer while enjoying dinner at the table that seats 6. Barbecue on the gas grill while the sun sets turns the sky orange and red.

The dining area has a table that seats six. Gather and share stories from your day on the beach or golf course. The kitchen which is open the great room features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and well stocked cabinets. Serve breakfast around the table for six that has views to the backyard and a skylight above. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One has a full sized bed and the other two twin beds. Between them is a full bath with a shower/tub. Upstairs is the master bedroom. It has a new king size bed and an adjoining full bath. The master bath has two vanities - one with a sink and the other perfect for prepping for a night out on the town. There is a sunroom off the bedroom with a sofa bed - perfect sleeping area for children. . Enjoy reading a book or just getting away from it all in this bright room. Sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean's waves. The second bedroom upstairs had a queen size bed and full bath attached with a large shower.

Pets NOT allowed

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

This home is just across the street from Boardwalk #2 leading to Seabrook Island's beautiful North Beach. 2278 Oyster Catcher Court - great location, perfect for families, access to all of the amenities of Seabrook Island! A wonderful home for your family vacation!

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
