The best!

One of the nicest places I have stayed. Perfect location, right across from the beach and pool. View of beautiful golf course. Cafe and restaurants right across and next door. Quiet and well stocked. We loved it!

Spring vacation

We had a great stay again on Seabrook Island. Morning sunrise beach walks with pool time in afternoon. We also enjoyed going to Charleston and Salty Dog.

Great Christmas Getaway

I think this unit has the best views on the whole island. Layout is great and upgrades are very nice. We enjoyed the golf course, short walk to the beach, and long walks around the island. We will definitely stay here again.

The villa and views are spectacular! The location with access to beach, ocean, golf, biking, food and fun is spectacular as well! And, the villa is spectacular with everything you could possibly need or want for the BEST beach/golf getaway EVER!! We can't wait to come back!

Favorite place to stay at Seabrook

I have been to Seabrook many times and have stayed in a few different places but this is my favorite by far. This condo is very comfortable and quiet. Great view, kitchen, and dining areas inside and outside. I love being so close to the beach, pool, golf course and restaurants and the covered parking area is a nice bonus. Highly recommend this unit!

Lovely place

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, well supplied kitchen and plenty of space inside and out to spread out. Good location to both the beaches and the pool club. Not happy w the pool club and excess fees but those concerns are not related to the rental unit. Would stay again.

Relaxing stay near all the amenities

Love the location of this unit! Gorgeous view of the golf course, steps from the beach and pool and the only two restaurants on the island. It’s so peaceful and easy to stay here. The unit itself is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. Not too busy - contemporary and clean. Layout is spacious and the bedrooms are quiet and private. Best place I’ve stayed on the island!

Favorite Atrium Villa!

We have stayed at the atrium multiple times and this is by far our favorite condo. It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and the panoramic views of the golf course can't be beat. Having the dining table for family dinners was icing on the cake. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We'll be back!

Bright and beautiful condo close to the pool and restaurants!

We loved our first visit to Seabrook Island. The bonus activity card was so valuable. We rented a bike, kayaked, and golfed. The water aerobics class at the Lake House pool was great fun. Thank you!!!!

Perfect Place

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the condo and realized we were literally steps away from the golf course, and across the street from the ocean and ocean club & kids club. The condo is nicely appointed, spacious, private, and incredibly clean. The views of the golf course from 3 rooms and the outside deck space were a hug plus. A perfect escape for us.

Great location

View of the golf course is terrific. Nice large deck for family gatherings (we had 8 adults and 7 grandchildren) and being on the 2nd floor we had a solid roof overhead when it rained. A little noisy when the golf course greens are being maintained first thing in the morning, but it doesn't last long. This is our 2nd time renting here - we like it better than the ocean-side views.

Couple get-away

We stayed a week. The website said it was the best golf view on the island and that is absolutely true. Tee boxes and greens and lagoons right below the large wrap around balcony from where we watch a bald eagle come and go for the whole week. We have stayed on Seabrook and Kiawah many times and this was the best view we have ever had. Well furnished and very clean. Nice having a parking garage. Being a short walk with clubs to the clubhouse was convenient and offered unlimited range balls for $25. This will be our go-to beach house.

Beautiful villa with a fantastic view!

Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen except for the coffee maker. The coffee maker needs to be replaced, it did not function properly and resulted in a mess after multiple attempts. Definitely enjoyed the large outdoor space overlooking the golf course. Location was perfect being so close to beach and golf course. Would definitely rent this villa again
