"Happy to see a lot of renovations to the the rooms and lobby. Outdoor pools were beautiful and heated. Indoor pool had NO water circulating and didn’t feel clean enough to swim in. I called it discussing. "

"Room 1007 The room was as expected. I love the 1st floor room with sand just outside my door!! The wall, in the shower needs repaired. I had to take the bedspread OFF. It smelled badly. Please wash them more regularly! Room was clean! Fridge froze my drinks lol You should update cable tvs to streaming services. Stay was a much needed rest! Thank you Castle in the Sand!!"

"The hotel is within a great location accessible to many of Ocean City’s attractions. The room we stayed in was perfect offering all the comforts of home. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. Breakfast at the Hotel restaurant was a great convenience which we enjoyed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!"

"The hotel had a tropical theme including live birds. The staff was professional and helpful. They did initially give us the wrong room but quickly corrected the problem. The staff promoted a friendly attitude and the guests picked on it. They provided terrific service. Their pools were kept clean and it was easy access to the beach."
