「Pros - this hotel is super affordable and fairly modern and clean, and the staff was helpful and kind. Location is good for getting around and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Large parking lot, but lots of potholes in one entrance and the other entrance is shady without any signage, having to go through a drugstore parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot.
Cons - So many. The biggest reason for the 3 rating are the beds. You can see in most other reviews. The beds are simple...

「Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!」

「I guess because I was an Expedia traveler or booker the service was gross, the room was gross and I had a child in the room above me who bumped ball and ran all day long. From 6 in the morning till the time I got back and then probably fell asleep. I came here for rest and because of reviews but I will not return. Plus the unexpected charges to my credit card, people cutting you in line while waiting to check in was another crazy experience. I wanted the park view but I could not even step...

「The stay we had was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory overall, and this was mainly because of the following specific issues we encountered:
* The advertised hot buffet breakfast was, unfortunately, not available.
* The room we were assigned was left unclean by the previous guest, leaving trash under the furniture.

「Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts).
Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy.
Would definitely stay again!」
