「Stayed in property before and it was as excellent as ever, with a few extra bits which improved it even further. It is a great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and locally there are lots of bars and restaurants. It was very clean and conformed exactly to the online specification. We given a very warm welcome by the owner/agent.」

Although we had a car, we took advantage of the bus that passes the property to get to Brighton for the day to avoid the traffic and parking. 「We very much enjoyed our stay here. There were 4 of us 40-50 year olds and it was spot on for our little break. The area couldn't be more perfect for the seafront, shops and pubs. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms clean. Exactly what we needed and for the cost was good value for money. Not exactly luxurious but very comfortable and plenty of space for the 4 of us. The pub across the road is a definite bonus, lovely people. Owner kept in contact and gave clear checking in...
