“I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！”

“Everything else is good, except there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom”

“I cannot possibly put into words how appreciative we were of the staff. They were so kind, caring, accommodating. Following a family tragedy, they took every bit of stress out of finding last minute lodging for a very large group of people. Beyond the lodging, they provided empathy and compassion. “As I checked in the staff member Mr. Henry was checking someone else in. His presentation was of the charts if I didn't want to stay there but by listening to how well he presented to the customer in front of me. I felt more than welcome and was like "yeah I am staying here". Mr. Henry was Awesome. Then when I checked out the black gentlemen (sorry didn't get his name) at desk that night, he was very helpful when checking out. These two staff members were great.”
