Honestly best hotel I have ever stayed in! The smell in the lobby was so refreshing. The rooms were beyond clean, not even a little bit of dust in sight! I would 1000% stay again if I came back to NYC. And Times Square is right around the corner. You can see the red stairs from the front door of the hotel

The hotel is close to the subway station and Times Square. The room was clean and decently sized (you can’t expect big rooms in NYC). However, I feel like staying at this hotel wasn’t worth the lofty prices they charged. There were hidden fees upon arrival.
Breakfast was included, but the quality of most dishes wasn’t great. Plus, it’s super crowded so it’s hard to feel like you have any personal space.
It was hard to sleep at night because of how cold the building was. The bed in the room just came with a super thin sheet. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work either.
The elevator was the most annoying part. It took several tries to get moving when I inserted my room card.
Some of the people working at the reception desk need more training in how to deal with customers. Service with a smile helps.
