Awesome beach getaway

This house was perfect for our family of four. We were really worried about the lack air conditioning with the heat wave in Los Angeles but was pleasantly surprised by the mild temperatures on the beach. Access to the beach could not be better, right next to a lifeguard tower beach, was clean and not overly crowded. Neighborhood was safe and we felt comfortable walking at night. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Location rules…

Stayed here twice now. Back porch literally on the sand and basically your own private short walk to the ocean rules. Rarely anyone else down that far on the beach. Great little kitchen and living room with pretty much everything needed for a short stay. That being said…the only real negative is kind of a big one. The mattresses are possibly the most uncomfortable I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. For the price of the stay, this should be improved, imo.

We had a wonderful time at this place. I agree with some comments is like being on a private beach, away from crowded area. I love that the owners thought of most little things that matter like having waterholes to remove sand before getting in to the house, little night lights in the rooms, wonderful smelling body wash, hair wash and conditioner, hand soap, dish soap with new Sponge, fans, flashlight and so much more. You would need to bring your own umbrella, wine opener and a lighter incase you would like to BBQ, because those are the things we didnt see. We also had an SUV and had no problems parking. I couldn't give 5 strars due to blanket, feelt very plastici and pillows were very stiff, due to it we couldn't really sleep comfortably but over all we had an amazing time with perfect weather and wonderful beach water.

Appartment in toller Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen.

Das Appartment liegt direkt am Strand von Seal Beach. Trotzdem ist der Preis des Appartments völlig überzogen. Es fehlte Equipment in der Küche und der Abfluss der Spüle war nach dem ersten Abspülen verstopft. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen fehlt immer ein Sitzplatz, Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls für max. 3 Personen ausgelegt.Da wir nur 3 Tage vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns damit arrangieren - einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir dort so nicht vorstellen.
