Laundry fee: Please take the sheets out of the bed once you're at check out time so the money requested can be refunded.

Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It was convenient, clean and very accessible, parking available for multiple cars was a nice convenience as well.

Not what I was Expecting

The property is very close to the beach and boardwalk. Some things to note as I have been renting from VRBO for over 10 years and have never experienced the following: - No professional cleaning services are used by the owner - Property was not clean upon arrival at 530 PM - Owner traveled to the house with her two child aged sons to clean and they do not live close by - We were not able to unpack or enter the house until almost 10 PM - After “cleaning” the house was still filthy - Bathroom surfaces, toilets, tub and shower were not sanitized or cleaned - Kitchen was wiped down like the bathrooms, but not actually cleaned as all surfaces were sticky - floors were not swept, vacuumed, or washed - The covers on the two futons in the living room were not even shaken out and had crumbs, stains and sand from the previous renters - linens in the bedrooms were not clean - The futon that is supposed to be upstairs in one of the bedroom is in the living room and we were forced to move the mattress which appears to have water or urine damage upstairs at 10 PM - We couldn’t cook as the pots and pans were hidden in the stove, they were dirty and we didn’t find them until the last night - There is an ant problem - Property owner waited 4 days to respond to my email explaining the many issues we experienced and said we could stay an extra day the morning of departure at 745 AM, however due to the late response, we were busy packing and did not look at our email - Owner could have called with this information but chose not to Overall, this is a very poorly managed property. The location is great and the AC works well, but if you typically seek out accommodations that are at least 2 star or above, this property is not for you. We selected this property based on the cleanliness (per the reviews as a member of our group is immunocompromised) and location. Overall, it was a very disappointing final vacation with our daughter and friends before college.

Great place to stay

Everything was very clean and it was a nice place. The unit under us was rented as well and we couldn't hear them at all. The parking is a little tight but it's really easy to just work with the other unit on spots. That's bound to happen next to a beach! The property manager was very easy to work with and is super nice!

Nice Place To Stay

Upon check in, the property was very clean and well organized and looked exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The property has been recently renovated which was noticeable especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The parking was very nice with more than enough room for 3 cars. The property is less than a 5 minute walk from the center of the boardwalk so it’s right in the middle of all the action. We were very pleased overall and would consider staying here again.

Clean house but bare

The house is very new, I would not be surprised if my group and I were the first to stay here. We were told that check in was at 4 but the owner was in the house with her children until 4:45, seemingly putting the finishing touches on the house. She looked to be putting up the blinds when we got there. Overall, the house was clean and in a great location. However, it is very clear that the house was recently redone and very rushed. Parts were slightly unfinished and done sloppily. Also the house was extremely bare. For a house that can sleep 6 people, you would expect to find more than 4 of each utensil. The owner was extremely nice and easy to get into contact with.

Seaside Heights

Just as described and very spacious. We had plenty of room for 3 couples. Over-all a nice place. It you are traveling a long way keep in mind there are NO BATH TOWELS. Most people don't travel long distances with towels. Also 3 couples but 2 parking spots. Not a huge deal but parking is costly in Seaside, 1 block from the beach is not exactly correct. It's more like 2 blocks to the road that the beach is on and another block/plus to the water. Peeps with small children should know that. I would stay here again.

Perfect beach house for families!

Owner was super helpful, quick communicator and the house was just perfect! Everything was new and the only think I would recommend bringing is linens and towels. It’s a short distance to beach, boardwalk and pier! Would recommend this place and would come back for future trips with my family!
