This condo built in 1971 was once the jewel of seaside. Unfortunately, I've rented two rooms here and they have not kept up either one so I can only assume the others are similar. There appears to be the original drapes and they are torn, tattered and stained. The painting on the walls is ancient and needs repainted everywhere. They have touched up paint. It has been by a novice and then a horrible job. The electrical circuit throughout the rooms are crazy the best feature is the deck because there's nothing there to screw up or maintain. The location I love the view I love the spaciousness of the condo is appealing. The beds were sufficient. Nice spacious kitchen. No TV in the bedroom. Not everybody cares but I do The security in and out is good but inadequate parking. Parking across the street for overflow is sketchy. They have two elevators. When I was there only one was working. Construction work was being done on one of the entrances to the parking garage and it was closed creating only one-way traffic for cars to come in and go out in one single lane. Would I go back possibly for the view of the deck I would? And the kitchen I suppose was larger than most even though I barely used it. I liked it.. needs a complete remodel.

Staff
Office staff was extremely helpful when our room was not ready for check in. She texted the cleaning staff and kept us informed on the progression as to when we could check in. Cleaning staff was apologetic when she arrived at the office. She stated that she had just finished mopping and the floors are wet. Pleasant lady.
