Great family getaway

Perfect spot for our post-Christmas holiday with 2 young adult children and dog. House was spotless, beds extremely comfortable, easy to relax at home or explore the area. Both dog and her humans very pleased with the long walks on the beach through the dunes! Would stay again!

Beautiful, comfortable home

This property is very nice inside and out. The landscaping is beautiful and the yard is very private. It's nice to have the rocking chairs on the front porch and the firepit table in the side yard as well as the natural gas grill. The colors, furnishings and decor are lovely but also very comfortable. The linens are excellent quality and there were plenty of them. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptionally nice place to stay. It is also very close to north end of the promenade and the beach. Perfect location!

Has Just About Everything In A Beautiful Setting.

The home is near the Prom for walking and access to the beach for clam digging. The yard is lovely and has a table and cushioned chairs, as well as a BBQ grill and an outdoor shower for washing sandy feet or paws. The kitchen is amazingly appointed with everything one might need (except could use a regular drip coffee pot in addition to the Keurig and the french press that is there). There is a water filter in the refrigerator and more pots/pans/gadgets/supplies/and small appliances than I have at home! The interior colors look clean and fresh and the blue dishes compliment the blue backsplash in the kitchen. The large table seats 6 comfortably. We especially liked that there was a first floor bedroom with a well appointed large bathroom including a walk in shower. There was also a walk in closet with full length mirror. The other bedrooms are upstairs, so it was nice not to have the stairs if there are mobility issues. There is space for three cars which is a bonus in an area with limited on street parking. We would love to return.

Little Gray Dove Cottage (its actual name) is superb. Well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated and walking distance to the beach and about a mile from Broadway shops. We loved it and would happily recommend it.

Little Gray Dove Cottage

The house is just great. You can walk to town or the beach. About a mile to Broadway shops. Plenty of space 2 1/2 baths. Everything was nee or nearly so. It was very tastefully done and had all the equipment one needed. I wish every rental was this good.

Great location

Great location off, a little off the beaten pass. House is stocked well! Appreciated the spices and cooking oils, etc. Quite neighborhood. Walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Very nice stay... but ants

The home is in a great location, a short walk to the beach. The house is new and clean. Aside form a few inconveniences (towels still in the dryer, dishes clean, but in the dishwasher), we had a great stay.However, there were ants in the kitchen. We moved our donuts into the fridge, and it worked out fine.

Beautiful Home that provides an overwhelming welcome feeling of comfort and security.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We absolutely loved the house. Clean, updated. Beautiful. It is located so close to the prom and ocean. An easy walk to restaurants. We put it on our list to stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful home close to the beach

We LOVED staying in this home! It was very comfortable with a lot of nice touches. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and close in to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place in Seaside!

We loved this house! The whole family agreed that this was our favorite place on our road trip down the Oregon coast. Would have loved to have spent more time there. It's in a quiet, safe location with a very short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed for a great stay. Great towels and linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap in bathrooms, Kcups/tea/spices in kitchen and laundry supplies. Owners have put together a house manual with directions for everything in the house that you might need. The feather bed in the primary bedroom was so heavenly that I ordered one as soon as I got back home. Wish we would've been there long enough to enjoy the outside spaces (firepit, grill). Everything was great at this house. You won't regret staying here!
