Great family escape

This property was very spacious and comfortable. The owners were available by text to answer any questions that we had during our stay. Lots of fun things to do from foosball to ping-pong to darts, along with many games and a hot tub. We had a great time!

We had a great weekend at Seaside. The weather was great, home lovely and spacious, and location awesome. It was a quiet location with a quick walk or drive into downtown. We enjoyed the spacious home, making our weekend perfect.

Very nice condo, not stay alone home. The home description did state there were baby gates at the property. I reached out to the rental company and they took until late the night before we left from the house to possibly have some they can let us use/borrow from other rentals. We had two small children and the stairs were a danger, we didn’t bring baby gates because the house description stated there was baby gates at the property; very disappointing.

This is a great house to stay in and I've booked it several times in the past. Unfortunately, we arrived on-time at 4 p.m. after driving 5 hours...and found out that they were still cleaning the house. The house wasn't ready until 6 p.m., which threw off all our plans. When I talked to someone about it, all they could say was it was a "minor inconvenience" and that most people wouldn't be having an issue with this. When asked for a partial refund, I was ignored. In the past, under a different agency, I've always enjoyed the visit...not so good now that it is under Vrbo. I want to book the house for next year, but have second thoughts about it since it is now unreliable on it being ready when we arrive.
