I liked that the front staff was very welcoming. I also liked that they had bikes to use during the day. They could use some polishing but they worked for the time.

The staff was very nice, which pushed up my review. We brought our two dachshunds for a weekend event. They provided a nice welcome package for each of our dogs, which includes bowls, treats, then towels and sheets just for the dogs. But, the shower handle was broken, used soap on top of the shower ledge, it was difficult to see, and there were coloring books left behind by another guest. I hate to complain because every interaction we had with the staff was so pleasant.

Check-in took time because there was only one employee at check-in. The rooms are great. But the lobby and restaurant are not as great. The surrounding area is not very nice. Overall, probably worth the cost.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at the Inn at Seaside! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—special thanks to Terrelle at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism truly set the tone for my visit. The room itself was fantastic: the air conditioning kept everything perfectly comfortable, the bed was cozy and inviting, and the in-room kitchen made it so convenient to relax and enjoy meals. The free waffle breakfast was a delicious bonus—such a great way to start the day! I also loved the indoor pool, which was clean, well-kept, and a perfect spot to unwind. Overall, the Inn at Seaside combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Kid froendly. Great parking and within walking distance to all shopping and beach. I can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely be back!

Great location and we had the junior suite. I’ll put sofa wasn’t made up so went to desk and got sheets. Wrong size so we had to try again and finally got it right.

Sandra is a great site manager. She welcomed us so warmly and made sure we felt right at home. The rooms were fine, on the smaller side, but well cared for by an attentive staff. Breakfast was wales, toast, cereal. No hot foods. On-site laundry was free, but I saw a sign saying it was transitioning to a paid machine Fall 2025. Will definitely book there again when we visit for the next dance competition.

Room was a good size. Breakfast was the bare minimum. One day I asked for a partial turn down service and it did not get done so I had to track down a house keeper for more toilet paper. Washer and dryer was free which was decent, but only 1 unit per whole hotel.
