    Welcome to this spacious 2BR top floor beachfront condo steps from Seaside's popular Promenade with views of Tillamook head to Washington.     The Space:

    Building Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will be undergoing essential exterior structural repairs on select sections of the building January through October.



    Guests may experience visible construction activity and noise during the daytime.



    These updates are focused on maintaining the long-term safety and beauty of our oceanfront property — thank you for understanding as we care for this classic Oregon coast landmark.



    Please note that construction in the area is currently anticipated to be completed by 1/31/27. Construction activities are expected to pause from 7/1/26–9/8/26. During this period, there may still be visible signs of ongoing building work, and portions of the property surroundings may appear unfinished.

    High end heated marble floors, wood floors, 3 high end granite countertops, new cabinets, only unit with ceiling lights in bedrooms and the living room, and a fan in the ceiling living room. Guests sleep in the King bed and wake to watch waves at surfer cove and Tillamook head-only top floor with a south bedroom window.

    Guest Access:

    Starting June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.

    Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.

    Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

    Other Things to Note:

    The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.

    Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze!

    Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.

    This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

    Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book

    No washer/dryer available

    Binoculars provided for ocean viewing

    Damage waiver fee covers accidental damage

    Once you arrive at the Sand & Sea, you may park your car in the designated guest parking area. Chances are you won't need your ride to explore Seaside--walk out the door to The Prom and the Beach or Broadway Ave and downtown to shops and restaurants! A car is recommended for visiting nearby destinations or exploring up and down the coast.

Overall it was good. A few issues however. We had 6 people. 2 of which were planning on using the 2 pullout couches. One then had a sign on it that it wasn't working. Also, there were no sheets for the other pullout. The few blankets we found were old and musty smelling. More care needs to be taken with beding and having it fresh and clean.
