Sunny bungalow in the heart of Seaside, minutes to Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel. Not to mention the beach is only 0.7 miles away, where you can enjoy the sand between your toes and the cool ocean breeze. Entire house interior newly updated. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms bungalow comes with a backyard to lounge or play in and one on-site parking space. Safeway, Walgreens, Wendy's, KFC, Wells Fargo, and Costco are nearby. Laguna Seca is a short 20 minute drive!

Great clean place if you’re visiting Monterey Aquarium
My family stayed here while visiting Monterey Aquarium and Carmel. The room with a crib was perfect for our 1.5 year old. My wife commented this was the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. At first glance the street and neighborhood is a little on the rougher side but it was actually fine. We felt totally safe. Parking in the driveway was easy. And this was a 7 min drive to aquarium and everything else. I highly recommend this property for folks with families, was very quiet and price was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home away from home!
We really enjoyed staying in the Sunny Bungalow. There is a gorgeous backyard, ample room to visit and it is well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice and clean, had all the kitchen appliances we needed and the beds were comfortable. Very well laid out home with Asian decor accents. Check in was seamless. Quite neighborhood too. Thanks!

Perfect location and very comfortable house
We used the house as our base for visits to the Monterey peninsula. The house was clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it is close to shopping and a main street. We would rent this house again.
