Great stay

This property is within easy walking distance to a much less crowded beach than the main center for Seaside, while still being within 5 minutes driving to tourist attractions, shoppping, and a wide variety of places to eat.We look forward to staying here again!

Very cute and convenient location. Across from park, walking distance from 4 places that serve food and walking distance to ocean. What more could you ask for? You can even hear ocean waves out the window, late at night.

Great House!

We loved being so close to beach access, especially with the mobi mat! Super comfortable beds, park right across the street was great, the ping pong table was a huge hit, more games than you can play in a week and a decent kitchen. Could use a few big bowls, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend Stay

Our family enjoyed this house overall. We loved that the beach was a 3-4 block walk and a short drive to starbucks and Broadway street. Cartwright park is right across the street. My kids loved the playground. A great place to ride bikes & get their wiggles out.

Sand Dollar house

The house is close to the beach and Osprey Cafe for coffee in the morning. The furnishings are very comfortable even though it is a pet friendly home. Loved the fireplace and how this home has been decorated.

Very Quiet Neighborhood Near Park

My family and I stayed here and had a good time. Parking was easy and it’s a quick drive into town to do things. The park across the street was enjoyable and the communication was great. Unfortunately the guests ahead of us must have caused some damage because we were informed just before our trip that the pull out bed was damaged and the layout had changed when we arrived. Not the hosts fault at all and they did let us know.

Cozy and Spacious

We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Seashellhouse and it was a perfect spot for my family and my sister’s family for dinner. The space was bigger than we thought it would be, and everything was clean and stocked. We really enjoyed sitting by the warm fire place to read or watch movies. We had a great few days there and would recommend this place to others!

Family getaway

This house was so cute and clean, and in a great location! It is dog friendly but does not necessarily have a hard, but it’s right across the street from a big grassy park! The wifi did not work for us, it seemed like the 2 passwords given were wrong, but it did not bother us much! Definitely will be staying here again.

Very nice place

Seashell beach house was a very nice place to stay, very clean, and someone knows their way around decorating, to say the least. The only issue I had was with the ocean facing windows. Yeah, they provide a great view. But with the sun hitting them all day, no matter what the temperature outside, it turns that place into a heater. But if you try to open the windows to cool things down, every bug in the world comes in right after 5. Plus the window are kind of spooky. They open multiple ways and there’s no screens. Just keep your children, pets, and maybe even grandma away.

Cozy and comfortable

Stayed while 2 kids in our family were playing in basketball tournament. Was comfortable for our family of 6. A few small items that could have been cleaned better or replaced (worn/stained items), but overall had everything we needed. TV doesn't have the cable option available as listed on the directions but we logged into Netflix just fine and could have used the Firestick if we wanted as well. Guest services and individual employee were so kind to text and ask about our cleaning concerns including offering to come by and do some extra cleaning.

Nice unit

This was our second time staying in this unit. Although it’s only one bathroom, the house is cozy and peaceful. The unit has pared down all the decor and it’s looking much less cluttered. I was grateful that the fireplace had directions. We had some challenges with the door lock but Vacasa helped us out and we were able to finish our stay without any issues. My only complaint was that cleaning was rushed and a few things were missed. Vacasa was very responsive and remedying this. Also, note that one of the couches in the living room was replaced and there is no longer a chaise section. This was disappointing for us since that was a selling point. Hopefully they can add an ottoman for us older folks who need to elevate bad knees and ankles. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are pretty comfy. That’s important to note! Also the location is great. It’s quiet but close to town still.

The house needs some cleaning! The park is nice but I would probably go a block or two closer to the ocean. Bathroom is tiny. No outdoor area to sit. Just a place to sleep really.

The place was clean and even smelled very clean upon entry. I appreciated the dog bowls and blanket as well as the abundance of extra bedding and towels and the twin cots - a lot of places have maybe an extra blanket and towels for each person. Especially being so close to the beach this was excellent and very appreciated. Also, the no extra pet fee was amazing!
