Windows did not have screens and there is no central air to help circulate air. In order to cool off at night, we had to leave doors and windows wide open which was a bit unsettling. Had to go thru bedroom to get to patio deck because door was broken and had not been fixed. Should have been 2 keys for 4 people rather than just 1. Given these issues and the cost to rent this property, I have requested a refund for at least one night. Have heard nothing from Ocean Beach Vacations.」

「We enjoyed our time at the Tides by the Sea. The location was great for us - quieter but still with wasy access to the beach and the prom. Management was great and very welcoming. The only thing I would criticize is the room had more furnishing than needed making it more crowded. We had planned to cook several meals but it was difficult in the tiny kitchen. 「It was a lovely condo. The kitchen, bathrooms, dining area and great room were very nice. The only downside was that the second and third bedrooms had no dressers or bureaus with drawers so there was nowhere to put folded clothes (underwear, pajamas, etc. ) The location was exceptional. The view of the ocean from the back yard was gorgeous. We saw whales, deer, elk and eagles. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.」
