"This place is exactly as promised! The owner is very helpful and responsive. Because of our late arrival time (10pm), we had to pick up the keys away from the condo, which was only 10 min away by taxi but could have been an issue with public transportation at that time of the day, with kids and big luggage... Other than that this place was perfect for our family of four (including a 10 and a 6 year old). A 5-star place to visit Seattle!!"

"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "
