All of the hotel staff were super nice, no complaints. However the facility is worn out, cold, and depressing. The room was cold, dark, small, ultra depressing. If you open the curtains you have another guest room looking right in your window. This is the worst hotel I’ve been to in years. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations and toilets from all directions. Dreadful.

I’ve stayed many times at this property over the past several years. It’s been my go-to hotel when I’m visiting the Seattle area, regardless of where I’m meeting people, because of the consistent cleanliness and modern design/aesthetic of the rooms. My only complaint is the lack of parking available. There used to be an open parking lot that I could pay and park in, but now even that is not available and there is only a valet parking option. This makes me sad since I would like to continue to stay here in the future, but I can’t pay for valet parking each time on top of the cost of the hotel room itself.

Cass & Kennedy at the restaurant were awesome! They went the extra mile. Overall, it was very nice. I didn't love that there was one caffeinated coffee for the morning and it appeared that elevators were out because the waits were at times, crazy long. Lots of hard working people around fixing the place up and cleaning it every time we walked around. Very nice.

The staff knocked once quickly, then walked into our room. This was a particularly inconvenient time in early morning. Instead of an apology, I received written instructions on how to use the "Do Not Disturb" tag and to bolt the door. I'm aware of these checks, I would expect that there would be some expectation of privacy without having to take those measures.

I didnt even get to stay at the hotel with my reservation due to a 'catastrophic event'??? I flew in from out of town, went straight to the hotel only to be told they didnt have a room for me. Nobody attempted to contact me to let me know this! Then I was redirected to the Residence Inn up the road (paid for). Not even comparing apples to apples. Next to the freeway, dated rooms and a clunking elevator that made noise all night (room next to the elevator). The mgr at the AC never even asked me if I would rather still pay and get put up in a conparable, nicer hotel (which I would have preferred). I was only told that I would be staying at the Residence Inn. No say so in it. Horrible lack of communication and even worse end result.

Worst guest experience- beware of valet scam
There’s a valet scam happening here. We checked out, tried to give the front desk agent the valet ticket to pay but she said that’s for the valet (and no mention that the hotel would be charging our room for it) so we went down to grab our car after checking out, got our car and paid the valet in cash for the 1 night of parking. We then get an invoice from the hotel with a charge for the valet - ok so we got double charged but it’s an easy fix right? No. The hotel refused to help us explain that the valet service is contracted by town park and they are a 3rd party service and they need to investigate. They also say that the valets are trained to not any money from guests either. They make me call the district manager of townpark and they didn’t even pick up for 4 days. He was very unpleasant and accused us of not specifying that this money we are giving the valet attendant as “parking” fee and that the valet assumed it was a tip. Why would we tip someone $50 for a 1 minute car retrieval? So now the hotel and parking company are telling me different things and I call the hotel again and again and they still refuse to help and I’ve left messages for the manager to which they won’t respond to. It’s not about the parking money anymore. This has become the most egregious customer service I’ve ever experienced and want to warn all prospective guests of this scam.

It’s getting hot in herre
AC went out, someone fixed it. Went out again and the room got to a very uncomfortable temperature. There is no maintenance in the middle of the night, and no comparable rooms were available - so they suggested a fan. It was fine but also… annoying. Nothing was offered other than a, “we’re sorry”, which again, is fine… but maybe a valet discount or something (since the room was already paid for) would have been nice?

Overall a good stay. Only issue we ran into was cleaners coming into the room early in the morning while the door had a not disturb sign up. This happened persistently during the last 2 days of our stay in the hotel.

I loved my stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott! My corner room view was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower felt luxurious. I will definitely stay again. Thank you to the amazing staff at front desk (Luis) for the extra care in making sure I was checked in while I spent time hiking with a local friend. Top tier service!

This is a nice property conveniently located for walking access to Bellevue. When we checked in there was no power in our room and engineering had to come to resolve the issue. They were very friendly and took care of the issue quickly. The power outage had caused the refrigerator (we think) to defrost and leave a puddle on the floor. So, we can't rate this stay highly, but expect we encountered a rare situation. Apart from the power and puddle, the room seemed clean and adequately appointed.
